Not sure what happened I didn’t receive my products from few months. I emailed the helpline. And they replied me straight away. Which is wonderful thing and apologised and as my details again and reassured me that next time they won’t happened and made a re shipment right away.

I was sent the wrong size and they were excellent in correcting the issue and sent me a new pair pronto. Great communication and great quality.

I'm very unsatisfied costumer. I ordered the product in the June. Didn't arrived. After many urgent messages they offered me to buy another product since they didn't have in stock and it's almost HALF A YEAR they didn't send me ANYTHING. REFUSING REFUSING to give money back and ignoring my messages. Worst behaviour ever.

I bought two bags. One is looks like the real deal. The other one Channel is good quality but it doesn’t gives you original bag type feeling. Order arrived in about 5 weeks. I contacted customer service they were prompt in replying.

I am really happy with their service and products. The first order arrived late but since then, they arrive quite quickly. They respond promptly to any enquiries I have, good customer service. I keep ordering... :)

I have purchased an item almost two months ago, and haven't received my order. They took my money and now they don't bother to reply their emails that I have been sending Worst company , bogus probably, that's why they don't have PayPal payments system.

Technapology’s bags are good quality. The prices are very affordable too. I’ll recommend this site to anyone who likes good quality bags. It takes at least 4 weeks delivery but it’s OK.

I made the mistake of looking at reviews after I ordered however I got the exact bag with the longer handle. The packaging was beautiful. I did not expect it to look so perfect 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a bag for my mum for her birthday I had no issues at all I was able to track my purchase and it arrived within 3-4 weeks which ATM is normal due to Covid.
I also emailed Technapology and they replied within a day or 2.

It is a scam! Spent my 200 dollars and never got the bag. I sent them so many emails but received nothing! Why they are still operating! Have to report police.
