I was nervous about ordering as I had read some bad reviews. However! I was so surprised. I got my order and am so happy with the result. One of my items was out of stock and they were so quick to reach out and contact me about it. Very happy! Will be ordering again.

The products are really great quality and their customer service is incredible, they’re always quick to reply and accomodating if an item isn’t available with an alternative option. Can’t fault them.

Ordered a Hermes handbag and it arrived in 4 weeks time, which is fairly quick, considering the difficulty of shipment during the Covid period. Very beautiful product. It looks great when you carry it with you or just put it on the shelf. Will definitely purchase another product again soon.

I purchased 3 Louis Vuitton handbags, they look authentic and you can not tell the difference from the real ones. They took around 5 weeks to arrive, but worth the wait. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend this site to others. I love my new bags and have saved thousands of dollars !!

The Technapology team was helpful in answering my emails. I received some of the items later than expected due to delays in shipping and also ordering them just before Christmas. I am happy with the quality of the items received, probably a 7/10. I will most likely be ordering again.

Definitely disappointed

Positive:
Firstly, delivery took almost 2months to arrive due to being sent back to sender by post as only area and not street and number werent provided. Not my fault as you have to manually type address. But communication was quick and corrected even though tracking numbers/links given werent showing anything. Eventually recieved my bag.
Have purchased other items thereafter and have not had a problem.

Negative:
Secondly, after only using the bag a max of x3 I noticed "O" was missing from DIOR. Really disappointed in quality as I didnt missuse this item in anyway yet that had happened. No way was this damaged on my part as the underside of the flap is completely intact which is my main reason for 2stars

I an astounded at the excellent quality items I have purchased from Technapology. Everything I have chosen so far has exceeded my expectations and the packaging is beautiful and well padded and protected for precious items. I recently had a delay in delivery and their response time, care and concern was excellent and the item was successfully delivered. Happy to recommend theur quality and service
