Ordered a prada bag. Still hasn’t arrived. The owner - Mohammed - just keeps on sending gaslighting/dishonest emails about sending the item/not sending the item/losing the order etc… he’s a scam artist.

I have purchased 4 times from this site

The first 2 items I received, which I was happy with. So I decided to order again. I did not receive the item however upon contacting the company I did receive a refund. More fool me I ordered again under there new site technology Sydney and after chasing them i received a tracking number that has not updated in over 4 weeks. Now I have contacted them again with no response and have had to put in a dispute with my bank to be reimbursed

Would not use them ever again and advise others to avoid as its just a scam

Where can we report this site? They have changed their website too and their email address claims they’re in Sydney. It has been more than 2 months, my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. They will give you a tracking number after weeks of followups but then even the tracking number doesn’t appear because they have not shipped it. So unfair

I bought a heap of stuff in March, only half arrived. And I was told the missing items were being posted in July, and then got told the same info in August - and was given a tracking number - that is no where to be found - and now they have stopped answering my emails. BUYER BEWARE - its Russian Roulette if you get the goods or not!

This company is terrible at actually delivering they will email saying its coming and im still waiting ridiculous 5 months and they tell me give it some time!! Really they send a tracking number with detail who it's with? Very annoying 😡

Still awaiting 3 items. They send fake tracking numbers. Do not answer emails. They should be closed down.

I ordered some bags last year and I had no problem so I ordered sunglasses and they were damaged by the courier, still haven’t heard anything about them. I ordered 2 bags and a watch 6 months ago and the tracking numbers don’t show up on the courier they said it is being shipped with but after threatening them with legal action one of the bags showed up out of the blue. After complaining again I received an email apologising and that they will get back to me, that was 2 weeks ago and still no reply. I think they need to be shut down .

Bunch of lying grubs. Recieved half my items.

Biggest scam they send a tracking no but it’s non exsistant product never arrives and when you email them they stop replying

Never received the 4 items I purchased, despite many promises from the company, they even gave me fake tracking numbers, Aus Post confirmed they were not real. Was able to claim my money back via my bank. Don't buy from them. 3 weeks later that card was used for an afterpay transaction at KFC in S.A. for $112. That card was never linked to my afterpay account, the transaction was not in my afterpay and I've never been to S.A. ! But the bank refused to refund me that transaction.
They are complete scammers.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I have ordered 7 items last March, 3 items (belt, phone case and sandals) came in July but the other 4 items which was bags hasn’t come yet. It’s been seven months now and has been told that it was shipped. Also emailed them every two weeks since August and give me a tracking number that wasn’t even traceable as it hasn’t been scanned. Now, I asked for a refund but they told me that they cannot refund as the items has been shipped already.
Do yourself a favour and just buy yourself something from Target as the products from this scammer are very poor quality and obviously fake.

Haven't received the order. No communication, they don't respond. Rip off company. do not purchase from this company it is a scam.

Well I would have to say that I did EVENTUALLY receive the 5 items that I purchased from technaphology and loved them . I then purchased another item that also did eventually arrive . I then went on to order one more bag from them (it never came ) ordered it with a brand new credit card which was only a few days old and I had not used anywhere else . 1 week later my card was used 14 times in one morning to the tune of over $3,000 by a company called Wseews.com , a company which I had never heard of so given that , that my only purchase on my new card was technaphology , I have no doubt that it was related to my purchase and technaphology. I have given up on my latest purchase as they have gone from responding to my emails chasing up the item to completely ignoring them .
As I understand it , they follow through with your initial purchases and you think ok , all good and then they steal from your credit card as they don’t have a PayPal option .

Waited 8 months for my bag to arrive and when it did finally arrive- it was the wrong bag! great!- they refused to refund and asked me to pay for its return (over $60 AuD) then would refund me!! absolute joke! now radio silence!

I have bought a lot from this company
And have had nothing but great experience
I do recommend this company And will keep on buying from them 😊

Similar experience to others:
I thought it was a scam, but did eventually receive my order.
I received an aus post tracking number with no updates at all.. one day it just arrived.
Tracking number was for one bag, the other bag arrived a few days later with a different tracking number (maybe different bag suppliers??)
I ordered a LV laptop bag that had pictures with a shoulder strap & in the description, but no shoulder strap nor clips were on the bag.
I was told the pictures and description were not updated on their website.

Overall took 3+months to arrive.
Bags sent direct from China.
Ok dupe quality.
Packaged well.
Strong chemical smell- definitely need to air out before using.
Not real leather like stated on the website.
Zipper quality not the best- bags need to be stuffed to retain shape so zips are aligned, not zipped closed at shipping, so they came twisted & not aligned.

0 STARS. STRAIGHT UP BULLSHT. PATHETIC COMPANY. DOESNT DEAL WITH THEIR ISSUES. TOOK 7MONTHS WAITING FOR A PACKAGE AND STILL NOTHING. WILL REPLY TO YOH WITH THE SAME DAMN EMAIL SAYING THEYLL CHECK WITH TEAM BUT YOU WONT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

My orders have not arrived 10 weeks now.
I emailed them they are not interested in helping,just sending the same emails over and over😡
Fair trading needs to be informed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I will be taking legal action against these con artists, hopefully they will end up in jail for ripping thousands of people off. They are illegitimate and you will never see anything you purchase or a cent of your money back. Good luck even contacting them they take your money then ignore you.
