I have ordered 3 things. First 2 no problems, items arrived and were actually very nice. 3rd (most recent purchase) and nothing has been sent in over 4 months! Something has happened but it seems they were good and now are just taking money and not delivering! Avoid!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I did a order from this company over 3 months ago. I would have over 30 emails with them about my order that was apparently sent with an Australia post tracking number. Australia post have confirmed they have no such order.
I have reported this company to fair trading where a investigation is under way. Has anyone noticed they don’t have a ABN number on there webpage nor do they answer there phone.
I have also reported scam to my bank who have found them to be ripping people off and will be refunding me my money.
Im so pissed off that I will be visiting there postal address as I received one bag that was the incorrect style. They asked me to send it back and would give me a refund. They have not refunded me and keep trying to stool me with rubbish emails.
This company is so much hassle and just down right not worth it, there product is not quality at all nor is it worth the price! Go to China yourself and get the bags!

Scam! Do not use unless you want to kiss your money goodbye.They do not operate within Australian trading guidelines and should be reported to fair trading. Cannot understand how they can continue to trade. Plenty of other complaints in this review

Order and item in June have not received it they keep asking for my details and have me a fake tracking number .

I honestly didn’t think the items would ever arrive, it took almost 3 months.
2 of the 3 items were embarrassingly fake.
The third item has bad stitching, but overall, really cute.
But yea…. Do not buy from here. You can spend $100-200 at the shops on a good quality bag and not have strangers laugh at you because you’re trying to pull off a fake Gucci purse.

OK so I bought two items did receive one but I'm never going to get the other. So, it is a scam! Their response is that my "order is too old"!

Ordered items in May and have only received 2/3 items in late August. One item was sent in the wrong colour and has a faulty zipper. One item has never been delivered.
The company refused refunds or to change a shipping address when the item hadn’t been shipped yet.
I will not be reordering

It took almost 2 months for the order to arrive but the bag is great and the team communicated very well. If they can just improve the delivery time this website can rock.

Delivery took two months and a few follow ups but my bag is great quality. 👌

Do not buy from this website, you will never receive your items.

Scammers purchased 2 bags from them in November 2021 it’s now July 2022 and still nothing! Been sending emails daily to them and just getting ignored

Do not purchase any bags from this company. I never received my bag. They stated that it got sent back and that this never happens. I've asked for a refund and they just keep saying they have resent it. They don't even read my email just seems to be an automated message back.

Such a disgraceful and upsetting experience. Paid for item beginning of May, which took a number of weeks to receive. Faulty zip and sent item back, with the confirmed understanding that when they received the item back, I'd receive a refund. Have lost track of the number of emails I sent them. They claimed to have system issues each time. Continued to provide all details and now they're not responding and have blocked my number. So have paid for an item that they have in their possession (registered post via Aust Post, confirmed it was received back at their Bella Vista address 6 weeks ago). Disgraceful and very upsetting. Don't buy anything from them.

Any website with Technapology in the name is a scam. Fraudulent activity on my account.

Ordered an item and after 3 weeks still showing pending with auspost. Unable to provide eta.

Conveniently a few days after I order the website has completely disappeared…no mention of if my order has been shipped or not.

I have been ordering from this site for 3 years. Amazing products. Extremely happy. Just don’t be in a hurry to receive… but I always know to order way in advance because I will be happy.

Total scam artists. Ordered and paid over 2 months ago. Still waiting, they keep telling me it's coming. The Aus Post tracking is still pending and hasn't moved.
I've contacted them numerous times requesting just to cancel and be refunded but they keep telling me it's too late as it's been shipped.
I will be totally shocked if I ever receive.

I bought a phone case from them that was supposed to be able to be carried like a purse as well. For $39 I got a plastic case and the strings but nowhere on the case were the rings made for them to carry it like a bag. It’s a rip off

The phone case I received was exactly as the photo very very good quality and theit communication was prompt and very helpful i would highly recommend this seller
