I really really love my chanel handbag the quality is very very good. I’m giving five stars. The material is strong, it doesn’t look like it will get damage easily. I ordered another items again and I can’t wait to receive them. I will definitely order again here. Shipping is a bit longer but it’s understandable due to pandemic. Despite reading all the negative reviews I went ahead with a purchase! I had some trouble initially as I accidentally purchased more than one item (my fault) and contacted them to ask that the purchases I didn't want be cancelled. This was done promptly and a message was sent confirming the cancellation. The item I purchased arrived within 3 wks during the busy Xmas period and was perfect. The boxing, presentation etc was great as was the shoes. It was a present for my daughter and she loves me even more!!! Will I purchase from them again - YES. Whatever happened in the past seems to have been fixed so I suggest the past reviews be discounted. The products offered are good value.

I really liked the prompt responses that I received straight away from the Technapology people. It was quick, very detailed and answered my questions with information to back up my questions that I was asking.

I have bought 3 bags from this website! I am obsessed! Took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. I do wish they all came in a box so they all stay protected. Hopefully they will take this on board 😊 however, excellent quality definitely will be buying many many more! I have bought 6 bags and the quality is brilliant. You wouldn't spot the difference. Two years ago there were huge problems with customer service and answering emails. But not anymore, the firm's response to questions is fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 bags. 1 bag has numbers written in silver texta on the bottom. Was advised to wipe it off with a damp cloth (I had already tried) Not at all the quality I was expecting for the price. Initially, a disappointing response from customer service. I have since been provided with a partial refund for the quality.
