Great evening with work colleagues. Staff were very helpful. Only issue was the temperature - very hot otherwise we may have stayed longer once we'd finished bowling

Disappointed
Booked for 7pm and when we arrived we were told it's booked for 7.30. Shower the girl my email confirmation, but had to wait
Had to push back our dinner reservation, which was luckily ok
Went to the lane and it wasn't ready for us to play, had to go to the desk and ask what's happening

Good for events but service could get better
One of the good bowling alleys around, only wish they brought the food orders earlier than later. For our birthday, we were not given wooden cutlery but saw another party got it, turned out we had to ask the right person. The food is always served hot, wings and pizza including the chips are always a hit with the kids.

Quick service from staff but dirty environment
Quick service from staff but lane table was dirty and had someone else’s alcohol on it and the place looked dirty so we decided not to eat there in the end

Understaffed
We have been here twice and both times it seemed really understaffed.
Queued for ages both times to check in and both times there were other peoples empty glasses etc in our lane which wasn’t cleared.

We felt unsafe…
There were lots of groups of young people in the venue in the process of being thrown out. There were lots of arguments going on with security/management and between these groups. At times, a lot of the staff were on the door trying to keep people out. Me and my family felt unsafe, and will never go here again.

Booked online and got a great deal for…
Booked online and got a great deal for whole family which is specific to weekdays included 1 hour of playtime and a pizza for the family. Turned out to be cheaper than booking for 2 games. Lane was booked for us in advance so didnt have to wait. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Screens make the experience less sociable.
Since the screens have been in place between the lanes the area feels cramped. The experience definitely feels less social than it used to be, especially if there are more than 3-4 people on a lane.
However the staff were friendly and the service we received was good.

Good time
Up to 6 people and a pizza for £38 a good deal. Managed a full game plus extra 2 bowls each in the hour and then took our grandson on the amusements. Lovely day out
