Connie the staff member is so lovely
We had lush time here kids went in new play part then had time on the games where Connie was so helpful as our machine got the tickets stuck 😀 she couldn't do enough to help us and was so kind to myself and children.
Highly recommend for family day out

Way over priced for the area
Facilities were great, lots of activities under 1 roof but way too expensive.
It cost £57 for 2 adults and 2 children to go bowling for 2 games compared to Hollywood Bowling in Cardiff Bay where the same only costs £30.
Absolute rip off especially as you’d expect the only bowling venue close to the poverty stricken area of the Rhondda Valleys to be more affordable than the wealthy area of Cardiff Bay- instead it’s almost twice the price.
Needless to say we’ll be going to the Hollywood one in future.

Kids enjoyed it - adult (and wallet) didn't.
Kids enjoyed it, but didn't as an adult. Crazy noisy, the arcades feel exploitative - plastic tat or sugar high as prizes, which are absolutely not worth what the kids spent.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, great atmosphere and vibe! I had a couple of daiquiris that were 2 for £12! They were delicious and not stingey on the alcohol!
We will be going back to do the escape rooms and laser tag at some point 😁

Lots to do
Lots to do, we were there for a birthday party lazer game…she took the kids and i had a free hour in the arcade. Brilliant, all machines still only £1, happily spent £10 by myself. Had a slushie, played games happily, £1 went wasted as there were no balls in one of the basketball games, the man i spoke to brought me another £1 straight away! Ordered coffee to my table via QR code it arrived within 5 mins! Kids come out of lazer game and went straight into soft play! Hour later they were in the arcade. 3 hours spent inside! We won tickets and swapped for a prize left and squinted at the daylight coming out the doors, such a well spent 3 hours, tired kid and a peacefull evening for me. Brilliant!

Great fun but expensive
Really enjoyed the ten pin bowling. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Really enjoyed our visit…
Really enjoyed our visit recently where we attended with 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 toddler.
Food was tasty although slightly pricey, but there were good sharing/meal deals available which were good value.
Place was clean and tidy including the toilets.
We didn’t know you had to book activities in advance (we were there on a busy Saturday) but it wasn’t an issue and knowing this will be helpful in future, ensuring we can do the activities that are available.
Venue caters to all ages and everyone was entertained. Love the new refurbishment. Will be back

Long queues to check in, lanes not set up even after checking in so had to queue again. Lanes not clean, asked 3 times for this to be sorted but never was. Gross.
