It was good fun, but way too expensive for what it was.

Firstly, accessibility was a major issue. One member of our group is disabled and was unable to access the bowling area because the lift to the alley was not working. As a result, she was unable to participate in the booking and had to leave. Staff continued to refuse a refund and instead suggested carrying her down the stairs, which is clearly unsafe and inappropriate. This suggestion raised serious concerns regarding both dignity and health and safety. Manually carrying a disabled person down stairs is not an acceptable solution and poses obvious risks. It also raises questions about how a disabled guest would be safely evacuated in the event of an emergency such as a fire. Venues open to the public have responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments to ensure disabled customers are not placed at a disadvantage. In this situation, the lack of access and the handling of the issue meant our guest was effectively excluded from the event.

Secondly, we experienced significant problems with our food order. All food had been pre-ordered in advance, yet on arrival staff informed us they did not have our preorder. We were then asked if our group would delay receiving our food so another booking could be served first. When food eventually arrived, several meals were missing and those that were served were stone cold. After raising this with staff, the burgers were taken away and returned only a few minutes later, appearing to have simply been reheated. In addition to this, some of the missing burgers did not arrive until approximately 40 minutes after the rest of the meals had been served.

Since the event, four of the attendees have contacted me to inform me that they have become unwell after eating the food served during our booking and have been physically sick since the evening. Given the issues we experienced with food temperature and the apparent reheating of meals, this raises additional concerns regarding food handling and food safety standards.

There were also issues with the bowling itself. Our games started approximately 20 minutes late due to delays at the venue, despite us arriving early. Despite this, staff attempted to tell us we would incur a late fee, which was clearly not appropriate given the delay was caused by the venue. We were also told that two of our lanes would need to be finished within an hour due to the delayed start, even though we had paid for two full games of bowling.

During the games, the lane system repeatedly skipped players’ turns, meaning several people lost turns during the game. Drinks ordered via the app also took close to 30 minutes to arrive.

Finally, the overall customer service was very disappointing. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout the evening, with visible eye-rolling and an unprofessional attitude when we attempted to resolve the issues we were experiencing.

It was half term so it was busy. Our lane was ready on time. All went well on this visit.

Went on a sunday, so the deal was really good.
It wasnt that busy in there but seem to put people next to other people, when real could ot spreader us out.

The two children I brought to bowling plus myself really enjoyed ourselves but one aspect of the booking I don’t agree with is the fact of bringing food to the group whilst playing a game of bowling. Totally inappropriate so much so that I asked to have our lunch after we had played our game. I really think the practice of bringing food whilst people are still playing is most definitely something you should stop doing asap.

The food didn’t come out with the game bc and then when we tried to sit in seating area there were no tables. This was disappointing.

Disappointed with our visit. Ordered drinks via the qr code, they took 40 minutes to arrive for 4 drinks. Bowling was almost an hour late, the little one did not like waiting almost an hour for their turn! We then went to the toilet to find a USED tampon on the floor in the women’s bathroom. Definitely will not be rushing back.

The guy had his first day at the bar by the arcade called litty or something he looked like lamine yamal but was amazing service and helped me get this boy who stole my toy also he refilled our drink and i wish him luck -your favourite customers

Strike! Bowling was good

Got there on time and still had to wait 20 mins for our lane to be free- but I guess the fault's on the previous bowlers, really enjoyed playing pool with my friends though there's tons of pool tables to go around. Only thing mildly annoying is that the photobooth was 'card only' and the card machine was out of service so it said to pay with cash... which we couldn't do... cause its card only

Good value for money and well priced drinks.
Food could be a bit better.

Great offers on certain days and much fun!

Was not working correctly and kept making players miss a go, resulting in a dissatisfaction complained but as busy could not move lane . Manager would not refund even though your faulty machine. Family were up from Kent for a day so ruined day of what was meant to be a family day

Not really a proper bowling alley. Seating is literary a single bench and a movable table shared between the lanes. Loads of little kids running up and down between the lanes and walking around and playing with bowling balls ready to break their toes or someone else’s. 4 lanes of kids with just 2 uninterested parents supposed to be in charge. The pool tables are right behind and it all feels super cramped and super noisy. Wouldn’t go back. I’d rather go somewhere like gravity max.

I've been coming here for almost 18 months as a Personal ( care) Assistant to the Kingston Rotunda. We love our time here. The young staff are very friendly , helpful and cater for all our needs and are very understanding. The bowling is easy to set up and fun to play. There are heavy, medium and lightweight balls and plenty of each. It's very good value and we get immense pleasure from being here.

Had a good time. Process to book and check in is really straight forward. Lane set up on the computer was really easy. Everything worked well. The only negative is that the area was a little tight - a small bench for 5 people and their coats. Table service with the app was quick. Overall a brilliant afternoon.

When I was playing on my lane with friends drinks was ordered to the lane online however the drinks had to be collected at the bar due to waiting so long our game had ended

The young lady behind the bar was amazing and a credit to you.

It's well organised, good decent crowd, nice snacks, lovely ambience
