Great time had by all
Great time had by all. We took our grandsons for bowling which was excellent. We had a drink in the bar and then onto the arcade. The use of the loaded card was much easier plus you could load any tickets won onto it. All staff were most helpful and by booking online the process was very smooth to get to our lane.

Great entertainment for everyone
We bought a package which included 2 bowling games & lunch. The booking process was easy. When we arrived the staff were very helpful. We had a great time bowling & were happy that we could set up the alley to suit the bowler - our ages ranged from 7 to 72.
Unfortunately when lunch arrived there was no cheese in the cheese burgers so we sent them back & it was quickly sorted out. The meals were very basic & cheap quality which was disappointing.

Me and my son came here in the summer…
Me and my son came here in the summer holidays, arrived a little early but was given a lane straight away. We booked the 2 games and meal deal package, food was lovely and hot, we came on the hottest day of the year 37 degrees outside but was lovely and air conditioned inside. Facilities clean. Lovely place

Our time was pure carnage
Our time was pure carnage. I understand you have a noisy building. Bowling and games being played with loud music.
You had a family come in and were playing on the King Kong game screaming at the top of their lungs. Did your staff do anything whilst their screaming carried on? No they didn’t! Others couldn’t continue their pool game. Others stopped playing their own games of bowling. This situation could have been handled by your staff and the experience would have been brighter. They did sod all!!!

Friendly check in and staff
Friendly check in, accommodating with when we wanted food prepared. Asked for a paper cloth to wipe seating down where previous bowlers had spilt something and the man at bar offered to come and clean it, which I thought was excellent service. I said I was happy to do it and he thanked me. Overall very pleased with all colleagues we interacted with.

Great fun, great price with the summer deals and friendly staff - love that you can choose to have bumpers or not and change your mind throughout your game and that you have food and drink brought to you- all in all a great time for all the family!

Pleasantly surprised
It has been a while since I have visited and it was lovely to see that since my last visit the venue has been revamped. It was clean and tidy, there were plenty of bowling balls and the staff were friendly and efficient. I love the layout and I noted there are escape rooms, also so will hope to plan another visit soon.

Great experience
The staff were friendly and helpful. The food came quickly and was tasty. The whole process of getting in and to the lane was fast and easy. Overall very enjoyable experience.

7th birthday bowling treat
The staff were very friendly and helpful, everybody enjoyed their visit, the bowling and arcade after was a big hit with the children.
