Strange yet effective.
Time has to be spent on getting used to using the device. Things were a little strange at first as it was a wholly different experience.
After about a week and a half there was a marked difference in my bathroom habits, quite an improvement.
I thoroughly recommend this unit, it takes a bit of courage and patience, but is well worth it.

HELP WHEN NEEDED
Having identified what I needed to order with the help of a Team Member, I placed the order which I received a few days later. I was therefore able to update my Tens machine and put it again to use, without hardly any delay.
Thus gave me confidence, not only in the Machine but with the Team Back Up.
