Shoes “arrived” yesterday. Courier was apparently DPD. HE/She made no attempt whatsoever to actually deliver or even press the doorbell! I received a text saying that they had been delivered. No photo. I had to search outside in the rain to eventually find a package hidden in the bushes. Poor delivery experience.

Bought the teva waterproof sandles and 6 months later the rubber soles started to separate. I Sent them back while still under warranty and they came back with out of warranty notice. ? Called customer service about problem and was told that whatever the warranty center said was final. What bs, there was hardly any wear or tear..un happy customer.

So disappointed! I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I bought Tevas for a trip around Australia back in 1998. My husband's are still intact, but no longer comfortable to wear (I got rid of mine because my feet grew after having babies and they no longer fit).

Last year, we bought new Tevas on the basis of our past experience, and neither pair lasted for more than a year. The sole came away from the footbed of my husband's pair, and the back straps came completely detached from the footbed on mine. So disappointed that the former high quality of these sandals no longer exist, and especially disappointed that it happened mid-trip in the middle of nowhere mid-trip, leaving us with no adaquate footwear options. Another once-trusted brand has sold out for cheap and nasty workmanship.

The website had an error when I tried to place an order the first time, so I placed an order again. When the item was delivered I had been charged twice, including twice for express packaging which Teva refused to refund even though they were at fault.

I have worn the shoes a handful of times for short walks and the colour is already stripping off the shoe. Poor quality.

I had a pair of Teva flip flops that lasted me about 10 years of regular use until the soles were finally gone. I used them at the river, the pool, around town, and when I was working as a lifeguard at the beach. Now I work as a lifeguard at the pool, and since the soles were gone and I was slipping around I decided to get a new pair. After about a month the soles on my new pair detached from both the left and right flip flop. I had to super glue them back together and every other week they would fall apart again. Tonight while working at the pool, the band that holds the right flip flop onto the foot between the toes broke. I got only one year and seven months use out of this pair. It’s a shame because I really loved my old pair but it seems that Teva has really gone down hill with their quality. Totally upsetting and disappointing. Will not buy another pair again.

As with some of the other reviews the sole of my sandals detached after one year. I contacted Teva who said “bad luck”. Don’t buy this product!

Onze gezin loopt al jaren met veel plezier op Teva's. We hebben, denk ik, tientallen paren versleten. Mijn oude Teva's gingen stuk in Canada, dus kocht ik daar, 14 maanden geleden, een nieuw paar.
In de afgelopen 14 maanden nauwelijks op gelopen (want het weer in NL was zelden geschikt voor open sandalen).
Vorige maand, in Zweden voor het eerst gebruik van de sandalen gemaakt. Van één de sandalen scheurden de hielbevestiging meteen los toen ik even in wat zompige grond liep. Hoefde er geen kracht voor te zetten.
Dit, met foto's en de aankoopbon, aan Teva gemaild*. Ik vertelde er bij dat ik weet dat er 12 maanden garantie zijn, maar dat ik een beroep deed op hun sportiviteit om toch garantie te leveren.
In de reactie verschuilt de customerservice zich achter aankoop in Canada en verlopen garantie.
Juridisch gezien geen speld tussen te krijgen (in NL had ik nog kunnen argumenteren dat de garantie een redelijke levensduur moet omvatten, maar dat zal door aankoop in Ca wel niet gelden).
Hoe dan ook: nooit gebruikte sandalen, meteen stuk: geen garantie. Ik kreeg nog wel een 20% kortingcode. Die zal ik waarschijnlijk nooit gebruiken want ik wil niet dat Teva ooit nog geld aan mij verdient.

Ik schrijf deze review omdat ik er zo'n hekel aan heb dat bedrijven hun verantwoordelijkheid niet nemen en geen enkel eergevoel meer lijken te hebben. Dit is daar een lelijk voorbeeld van. Ik vind dat Teva er zich hier heel gemakkelijk vanaf maakt.

I purchased a pair of women's sandles from Amazon in January and have worn the sandles, maybe 12 times. One of the sandles is defective and the entire inside sole is lifting and coming unglued. I purchased them on Amazon and when I contacted them,I was told there was nothing they could do.
So, when I reached out to Teva, they sent me a link to fill out paperwork.i was informed that I have to pay to return the sandles and if it is a manufacturers defect I still will not be reimbursed. The customer service person told me the company doesn't pay to return items even if they are defective. One and done with Teva...I won't order another pair of Tevas.

Unfortunately, as with many of the things nowadays, the quality of Teva sandals is not the same as it used to be. I bought my first pair (I do not remember the model anymore, but they were a bit chunkier and good for hiking) in 2005. They lasted me for almost 15 years of use. In 2020, I had to buy a new pair and I decided for Hurricane, as they were the closest looking to my previous model. Unfortunately, they did not held up to well. The sole wore off within 3 years and there were holes in it exposing a hollow space. More recently, the inner sole in couple of places collapsed and they are not comfortable anymore. I am 190 cm tall, weighing around 90 kg and use the sandals after work and during the summer and spring/autumn Dutch weather permitting. For me, Teva sandals will not work anymore, however, I can imagine that for some folks, that are lighter and use them less often (summer holidays?), they could still be very comfortable option.

Poor quality, I didn’t abuse my sanda. Yet within 8 months already falling apart. Wore them only in city for general use a couple times a week.

Sole at front is coming off. Customer service stated will only resolve only with first 14 days, the 1 year warranty does not apply.

Très bonne experience avec le service client de Teva. L’équipe a été réactive et m’a rapidement aidée à résoudre un problème de livraison puis un problème d’échange de produit.

Les sandales reçues sont super : très confortables et réglables.

Wat jammer zwarte sandalen gekocht. Telkens zwarte voeten van de zool, die is zwart lopen lekker maar. Zonde ik draag ze niet meer.

I ordered a pair of sandals with 1 day delivery on purpose, because I urgently needed them for a tracking tour. Not only the sad fact that I haven’t arrived in 1 day as promised for extra fee (!!!!), but they dared to invent poor excuses that the delivery address cannot be found (every delivery company can find it, including post, it’s a valid address), then asked me to understand the mistake. 1 week has passed, still nothing, poor communication, tho product I paid extra fee for is still not here, nor a refund or recompense. It is outrageous!!

I purchased a pair of Teva Sandals at Dollywood over the 4th of July weekend. The back strap needs a padded cushion. The back strap on each sandal cut my skin open within 30 minutes of walking around. 85$ sandals that are meant for outdoor use, meaning people will put miles on wearing their sandals need more comfort. The top and sides were comfortable with no issues but again the backs were horrible. The stitching needs to be done better because that was also a huge factor in cutting my skin up.

Bought a pair of Tevas, took them on holiday, they were most uncomfortable and my poor feet are hurting, I’ve put plasters in certain places where the material and straps were cutting in. They are not leather and the feet seem to swell. These should not have gone to the marketplace.

Shocking customer service. After having a second pair of Teva Hurricanes fall apart with the straps coming undone at the heel, I have contacted customer service for Teva Australia 3 times. I bought my second pair when passing through Singapore Airport, and have been told that the way for me to get a replacement on my shoes would be to fly back to Singapore Airport to the original shop I purchased them in.

Flying from Australia to Singpore to replace some sandals sounds like a joke.

The other alternative I was offered was to see if Athletes Foot could help me, who have nothing to do with my original purchase. They unsurprisingly can’t help at all so being palmed off to them and passing the blame to one of their stockists adds insult to injury.

Used to be such a fan of these shoes, but the lack of common sense in terms of the customer service team, plus the poor construction of these shoes has put an end to that.

These are the second pair of TEVA sandals I have owned. I wear them dog walking mostly. Love the bright colour and their super comfy. Fit true to size and order and delivery was swift. Very happy customer.

one of the straps came up. I have now repaired it with by putting it back in place and fixing it with 2 wood screws. Until now it works. I just don't dare to buy Tewa again.

First. I must admit the quality has really gone down in the shoes can’t help but wonder if Teva was bought out by another company. I purchased 2. They hurt my feet. However. Customer Service was excellent! Sent them back and promptly received a refund. And purchased another pair. The new pair should arrive this week. I called their 800 number and representative Virginia was awesome
