I can only agree with other customers that Teva is not the quality product it once was - although the prices are still high.
I bought a pair of their trainers but owing to Covid and illness did not wear them. Recently I wore them for the first time on a short, 5 mile, walk and both soles detached!. Clearly the glueing process was short lived.
I contacted customer service with photos but without a receipt they were not interested. It is clearly their product and it is clearly faulty so they should be willing to investigate the problem. I have a similar much older pair of Ecco trainers which have worn admirably. I know where I shall be spending my money next time and it is not on Teva trainers.

Extremely terrible customer service as a New Zealand based customer. I have heard good things about Teva sandals so I ordered on online through their website but when I placed the order it had failed due to a technical issue. So I did another order but then realised the first order did in fact go through so I have ended up with two duplicate orders. I have emailed the company but have gone three days without a reply, so I called the Australian based customer service number (there isn't an NZ based number). They were extremely unhelpful and just said that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled, even though it was due to an error on their part. The order hasn't even been dispatched yet?? They weren't even able to give a time frame for when it will be dispatched. Please do not order through the Teva website, if you do want to get Teva sandals go to a store like Katmandu or MacPac but I would recommend another brand like Chaco.

I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS.

3 pairs of Teva's (2 mine, and one for my dad) - all popped a strap at the ankle. We tried glueing them but they are never the same

The last pair where only 18 months old, so I wrote to Teva highlighting what I thought was a design flaw, and trying to be helpful. They assumed I was asking for a refund, which I never mentioned once.
After escalating, I had a 'manager' telling me I wasn't entitled to a refund - again, which I hadn't asked for.

After a few more embarressing emails, I told them not to reply, as the damage was done, and I would never buy Teva again

Slipper ging al binnen 2 weken stuk. Wat een slechte kwaliteit.

I have worn Teva sandals for over 20 years and some of my pairs have lasted for 10 years. I purchased a pair of Teva's 1 year and 1 week ago and the glue of the sole is coming apart near seams, I wear the shoes once a day walking my dogs in the park, but not in winter. Like others have said I used to boast about my Teva's but they don't make them like they used to. When I wrote to Teva I was told my shoes were out of warranty and they couldn't help me. I responded with the following email a week ago, which has yet to be responded to. Very sad!!
"Thank you for your quick response. I can appreciate your across the board policy on warranty, however I am disappointed that my Teva’s have failed and were only out of warranty by a week.
As a loyal Teva customer for the past two decades it is a bit sad that there is no recall in my position for the sandals that have not lived up to previous expectation. I feel like your explanation basically limits Teva’s lifespan to 12 months and this does not represent the quality of all my previous pairs.
After our correspondence I have lost faith in the Teva brand and will be looking at other companies in the future that stand by their product."

Il nome del rivenditore è già stato da me indicato nella mia prima comunicazione con voi. In ogni caso lo ripeto a seguire...
Io ho acquistato i sandali a Madrid presso Deportes Koala S. L., in data 27/7/23, pagando con carta di credito. Poi ho lasciato Madrid per far ritorno in Italia. Essendo estate ho usato quotidianamente i sandali, per percorsi urbani, fino alla mia partenza per l'Indocina del 15/11/23, dove attualmente mi trovo. Qualche giorno dopo il mio arrivo, ho avuto il primo problema, ovvero il distacco della stringa posteriore destra del sandalo destro. Poi si è staccata anche la sinistra ed a seguire si è aperta la suola sulla punta del sandalo di sinistra.
In Vietnam, il mio numero è un problema ; ok fino al 42, a volte qualche 44...., ragion per cui ho dovuto ripiegare su calzature di rispetto, non adeguate al clima che mi trovo ad affrontare (caldo umido), in quanto invernali e chiuse ( in pratica quelle da usare al rientro in Italia, nel gennaio del 2024.
Quindi, non sono in grado di rivolgermi al rivenditore, per altro già contattato via mail da mia figlia, in Spagna.
Ritengo che il fatto che i sandali si siano letteralmente disfatti in circa 4 mesi di utilizzo, praticamente esclusivamente urbano, debba essere un problema che dobbiate affrontare voi (e non io), e non solo in termini di garanzia. Questo test forse mette a nudo ed evidenzia problemi strutturali e di qualità dei materiali e tecniche di assemblaggio che forse andrebbero indagati dai vostri tecnici.
Resto quindi a vostra disposizione, in attesa di un cortese riscontro.
Naturalmente ho documentato fotograficamente ogni tappa del disfacimento. E francamente, visto il tipo di calzature ed il marketing che le propone, dirvi che sono rimasto basito, sarebbe riduttivo, anche perché sono una persona molto accorta, specialmente per le calzature che praticamente uso per anni, mantenendole come nuove. Ovviamente parto sempre da prodotti di qualità, quale ritenevo fosse il vostro, nella fattispecie.
Resto in attesa di vostre decisioni...

i..." vi dispiace", unitamente al "Siete spiacenti"....

A me ha fatto invece molto piacere, vedervi naufragare con tutta la vostra incompetenza ed arroganza, in una pozzanghera, impelagati come un pover'uomo, nelle sabbie mobili dell'imbarazzo e dell'insipienza. Tanto spreco di energie, per non avere il coraggio di affrontare la realtà, ammettendo con semplicità di aver sbagliato. Non vi siete neanche peritati di capire, di che natura ed entità sia stato il disfacimento del vostro prodotto. Altro che cinesi...! Neanche la manifattura più incompetente, mi ha mai messo ai piedi, un prodotto così scadente. E devo dirle con franchezza che, averlo messo sotto i piedi e ben calpestato, rappresenta un'altra enorme soddisfazione che mi avete reso, tutto sommato a buon mercato.

Va bene che oggi un posto di lavoro, come in passato d'altronde, ha un suo prezzo...,! Ma se col soldo è spirata anche la dignità minima, forse dovrebbe incominciare a preoccuparsi, visto che certamente non lo faranno per lei i suoi datori di lavoro.

Nulla di personale, ovviamente ; ma trovo fondamentale rappresentarle che quanto dice... "in nome e per conto", nella fattispecie inevitabilmente la espone a titolo personale, incapace com'è di filtrare e fare un passo indietro, per evitare di unirsi al ridicolo di cui mi pare la sua Azienda, grazie alle sue parole, sia portavoce.

Il fatto che il codice di sconto non avesse una scadenza, è stata la vera ciliegina sulla torta... Come ho potuto dimenticarlo....!
È pensare che per un acquisto online, fate spesso e volentieri il 30% è non.... "in via del tutto eccezionale"...
Ma, "questa via" deve proprio essere eccezionale di suo, per avermela proposta con tanto sacrificio...

Spent $170, never received order. They took almost a month to investigate and then denied a refund or reship. FedEx is responsible for not delivering the package to the hub.. there was no locker number they could give, but the customer service aspect was so disappointing.

I ordered a pair of mens Teva sandals. When they were delivered, I realized they sent the wrong pair. I had to go to the post office with the return label to get them exchanged. The next pair were the same wrong pair of sandals. I had to go back to the post office with another label to return this pair. I waited and waited for the money to be returned to my account and had to call Teva. They said they never received the sandals and will NOT give me my money back. I have been calling them for some time and they continue to repeat the same thing. They were $80 sandals! I even tried Emailing a person in the company who is in management and he never even return my Email. Pathetic!!

I ordered 2 prs of TEVA TIRRA sandals for tevaoutletuk.com on 19th July- 10 weeks later NO SANDALS. Paid via paypal and money was sent. Have emailed customer service - stuck in customs awaiting paperwork says " Erica Peg" who says will chase???? I am hoping paypal can help me get my money back. Shambles outfit!

Bei der Sendung waren andere Schuhe in der Schachtel als aussen aufgedruckt. Daraufhin habe ich sofort ein Mail geschrieben und die Schuhe nochmals bestellt. Auf mein Mail ist keine Antwort erfolgt und für die zurückgesandten falschen Schuhe habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Telefon Nummer ist auch keine angegeben auf der WEB-Seite. Nie wieder

Unbelievable how fast teva has gone down hill. I will never buy another pair. They WERE the only sandals I ever bought for 30 years. 3 of 3 of my last pairs fell apart in months. Layers separated, straps just pulled out. What happened? Do not waste your money. I'm trying Merrells next.

I have purchased Teva's for years when I lived in Canada...Wish I had read the reviews before buying my latest pair...Nothing like they used to be...hard & uncomfortable!!!!
