My former pair of TEVA sandals lasted me 15 years! My new ones lasted a little over a year and a half before the soles peeled off and the edges began separating. So disappointed. I guess $70 sandals from TEVA are no longer worth it. Switching to Keens.

De goede Teva's zijn foeilelijk, de mooie lopen je voeten kapot. Merkwaardig: ze kunnen mooie sandalen maken en ook goede, waarom dit niet gecombineerd? Ik heb nu maar weer foeilelijke maar fijn lopende sandalen gekocht...

Købte et par Teva sandaler fra Tevadanmark.com. Men fik tilsendt et par plastik solbriller. Hold jer fra hjemmesiden, det er svindel.

I have bought Teva's for 25 years. the last two pairs of Teva's fell apart within two weeks of wearing them. The second approved TEVA retailer [londonstore] are now ignoring my emails. It is clear that since TEVA were bought that short term profit is prioritised over long term brand satisfaction. No more TEVA's for me. I expect that i will get a response from TEVA trying to find a way to get this review taken down

I bought a pair of Teva sandals based upon recommendation. Firstly, they started to smell terrible after a few wears, and even when washed the smell lingers in the sole. I don’t normally have smelly feet and this hasn’t happened with other sandals.
Secondly, the ankle strap pulled out of the sole after about 5 months of limited wear.
After multiple messages to and from customer service they sent me a returns label, I sent them back, the returns shop didn’t give me a proof of postage, and now Teva have refused to refund or replace, despite me having sent them the original invoice and photos of broken sandals.
So……stinky, badly made, and crap customer service.
Don’t even bother buying in the first place.

DET ER SVINDEL…siden ser prof ud, og jeg bestilte i god tro et par sandaler og et par sko.Jeg modtog en baseball cap fra Kina??. Blir holdt hen af flere mails fra kundeservice, uden mulighed for at få penge retur. KØB ALDRIG HERFRA!!!!

Tevas are really low quality now. I bought my first pair cause everyone was raving about them but they broke in less than 1 month and I can’t wear them anymore

After 3 months of use the front strap of my shoe separated from the base. It took customer service 24 hours to respond to a chat via text message only to say that even though I showed them pics of the shoe and explained the inconvenience, they would not even pay for a $14 repair.

I've been through many pairs of Teva's over the past 20 odd years and they used to be indestructible, the footwear you turned to for long distance adventures, but sadly no more...

2 years ago with about 30 days of use hiking, an internal metal plate began poking through the footbed of the sandal, multiple layers of gaffa tape held it till I got to town. Bought a new pair of terra fi 5, hiked in then for about 40 days and the side strap near my heal had almost worn right through where it enters the sole..

Wrote to Teva supplying photos, explaining what had happened with both pairs, no response........

A couple of months ago I was going hiking again and wanted to give tevas another go as I'd always loved them years back. Bought a pair of terra fi 5 again, wore them for about 10 days of hiking then while walking in then yesterday with no pack, on flat ground, one of the heal straps pulled out of the sole...

Man that sucks, I've loved Teva's for half my life but they really have turned to crap and they don't seem to care. Time to find another brand.

Ik vond op deze site dezelfde teva's ter vervanging van mijn 6 jaar oude. Bestelde (met korting). Hoorde niets. Vreesde te zijn opgelicht. Na 5 dagen ineens sms. UPC komt uw pakket bezorgen. Bleek open doos te zijn. Maar erin zat keurige teva schoenendoos mèt de bestelde teva's. Ze lopen vooralsnog heerlijk.

Purchased a VERY expensive pair of Teva shoes.
Walked from hotel room (smooth tiles) to swimming pool.
Less than TEN minutes the sole fell off!
VERY badly manufactured.
No response from customer service.
Cheap local vendor shoes out lasted the entire hoilday including swmmming in the sea !!

After 11 days of using a pair of sandals the strap broke. I just used it for normal walking and going to my job. This model is considered the strongest and waterproof model btw. The strap wich hold your feet on the sandal was NOT made in one piece, inside the rubber sole it's cute, and glued together. This is not a coincidence, they make the sandals like this. So they don't last long, it destroys itself automatically after some time. My last trip in latin America I did with the same model, but there occurred another problem. The straps can NOT resist the head from the beach, and pulverize in a few weeks.

Ik schreef hier eerder een negatieve ervaring met TEVA-eu.com maar die wil ik bijstellen. Iemand anders schreef het al eerder: de klacht wordt wel opgelost, het gaat echter nogal onhandig 😬. Mijn probleem was dat ik de melding ‘betaling mislukt’ kreeg terwijl er wel geld van mijn rekening af was geschreven. Het schijnt dat ik mijn e-mail adres verkeerd heb ingevuld. Mja, dán verwacht je de melding: ‘betaling gelukt, e-mailadres klopt niet’. Ik zat dus even in spanning sinds vrijdag, maar vandaag, op woensdag, heb ik de door mij bestelde sandalen in goede orde ontvangen. Tegelijk met een excuusmailtje en alsnog een bestelbevestiging.

NEVER RECEIVED MY SANDALS DUE TO LOST SHIPMENT AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT!!!

Advarsel!! Siden ser fin ud. Man tror at det er de fine sandaler man køber, som er på billederne.
Det er det IKKE. Fodtøjet kommer fra Kina og er ikke noget værd. Firmaet refundere ikke dit tilgodehavende men holder dig hen med mails om at beløbet er på vej tilbage til din konto. Pengene kommer bare aldrig.

would LOVE to put a ZERO rating. I have spent the morning with customer service on a discount that is shown on their website, but it wouldn't show on my order. they said, that is not valid now BUT IT WAS STILL ON THE WEBSITE. NOT MY FAULT THEY DIDN'T get it down on time! THIS is ridiculous and makes me not want to buy their product anymore.

Both my daughter and I bought Teva Tirra sandles for our trip to Disneyland. Half way through day 1 we both had blisters on backbof heals, and blisters and top of foot on bone by big toe.
We had to wear socks with the sandles the rest of the week.
At $85 a pair - I would never by another Teva sandal.
We really thought these would be great. Comfortable to walk on but gives blisters at all straps.
Never again!!
Go with Skechers next time

Scam site, ordered a pair of sandals and received a pair of spurious looking sunglasses. Mailed Teva, no reply. Beware!

I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email.
Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier.
And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

De sandalen van Teva zijn fantastisch, maar de service is ronduit slecht. Inmiddels 3,5 week geleden sandalen besteld. Van UPS ontving ik een bericht dat de zending beschadigd was geraakt en retour werd gestuurd. Daarna heb ik van UPS en Teva niets meer vernomen. Inmiddels heb ik 2 keer contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Teva. De eerste keer kreeg ik na een paar dagen een reactie die niet erg duidelijk was. Het is nog steeds niet duidelijk of er nou nieuwe sandalen worden verstuurd.
