Read the reviews on negative experiences that people had with Teva regarding returns as I had an even worse experience.

I placed an order and returned some shoes keeping 1 pair. I noticed I hadn't received any refund so I chatted with someone from Teva. They said they did receive the returns and initiated the refund. I waited some time and still no refund although I received an email stating that the returns were received and that a refund was initiated. That said, I still saw no refund on my credit card statement and it has been some time already. I go to chat with someone again. It was time consuming and pointless and they couldn't assist getting some type of manager. Manager was even worse and accusatory. First he said that they never received anything from me but then he said they received an empty box, and that they never received anything. I told him this wasn't true as I have the email confirmation from USPS as a box was received. I admit where I messed up was not saving the tracking number however Teva would have this.... I and told him I don't like being accused that I'm lying. No apology from him was given to me and the last thing he said was "I will get a task submitted for you so that we can get you taken care of". When I continued to try to discuss this matter with him, crickets as the chat feature didn't say read or anything like that and I had the chat open for several minutes after seeing the last thing he typed. At this point I'm going through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not do business with Teva. I have never been treated this way before. On top of it I shouldn't have to keep tracking down Teva employees to look into things for me. I will not purchase anything from Teva again and I will not wear their shoes out and about because I do not want to advertise their company for them where people may experience the same thing.

It’s a scam, I ordered a pair of sandals, but received a fake Nike cap - after 4 weeks of waiting and tracking the parcel

Disappointed by the quality and customer service. Ordered a pair of sandals which broke after 2 short wears. Definitely not the quality expected at that price ! Also , no reply from customer service within a week to clarify a refund or replacement.

It's a scam, don't buy!I paid for my order, but never received a confirmation email. My order never arrived. Costumer service didn't reply to my mails, chat is "down" for weeks.

Abbiamo comprato un paio di sandali da regalare, la confezione interna ci arriva i pessime condizioni, apriamo la scatola e troviamo 2 destri. Una figura oscena inimmaginabile visto che abbiamo comprato il regalo per un conoscente che vive lontano.
Non esiste una mail del servizio clienti e al telefono non sanno manco loro quello che dicono.

Been buying Teva Hurricanes for 25 years. Last 4 pairs, the soles separate, straps come off. Not buying anymore because manufacturing quality not what it used to be

I contacted customer service on the basis of some glue issues on a sandal for my partner, they swiftly advised me to return etc. with a pre paid label.

Within a few weeks this was replaced, swiftly dispatched and received as a brand new replacement pair.

I do not recommend. Placed an order for sandals on May 29, and when I placed the order I got an e-mail saying “Please note that we are experiencing very high volume of orders, and as a result it may take a little longer than usual for your order to ship out.” It did not say that when I made the order, only once I paid and they sent a confirmation order. So I waited until today (June 6, pretty long for an established shoe brand) they cancelled my order because they don’t have my shoe in stock. Yet somehow I can go to their site and still make an order for the exact same shoe and size, why are they still taking orders and money for a shoe that’s not in stock? I’m now waiting for them to lift the authorization on my credit card. When they cancelled my order the email said “this doesn’t happen often”, but looking at these reviews it does. And it will happen for everyone that places an order for the shoe I wanted.

Horrible customer service! Don't buy their shoes. They're selling shoes that are out of stock and they just cancel your orders without notification. They are like parrots that keep saying it's policy policy policy. I haven't seen customer service like that. I spent an hour talking with them and just wasted my time. I will never buy teva in my life. Great job teva.

Update:
The dialog with Israeli distributor started and I got the the attitude one would expect from the respected customer service. I got full explanation why my case is not under warranty and how I can resolve the issue while staying within warranty terms. More than that - the head office in USA kindly suggested me to send a new pair of sandals despite they are not obligated to do that for the customers outside the USA. So, yes - I nicely surprised from that. Additional update about sandals - they got the smell of rubber, but still strong and durable and will last many years.

My review is about TEVA sandals. First month of wearing they were OK. But suddenly they started to make strange noise while I am walking. The noise is created after the shoe is exposed to water - either by walking in water or washing it. The noise is as if you press hard on a material that has absorbed water and the water exit out of the material. The noise is really unpleasant and can be heard well while walking. My assumption is that the reason for the noise is water that enters the shoe in the front part where the straps enter the sole. I sent the sandals to their representitive in Israel Kal Gav including the record of the noise and they refused to fix it by claiming that no problem was found. Chated to Teva customer service and they refused to accept it as they were not bought in USA. Just understand that - the product manufacture refuses to fix their priducts and also tells you lies during the chat that water damages are not covered by warranty. They advise to wash sandals with water and soap but lies that it can cause damage and will not be covered. What a disgusting service.

As others have said on here they do not refund when you send them items back. Website is a joke. Trading Standards

Very poor experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong shoes, caught it immediately after paying. I immediately found a prompt guiding me on how I could cancel the order within the first 30 minutes but what they proposed doesn’t exist on their phone or computer website. Obviously customer service for phone or text didn’t open till 10am ET and it was 9am ET. So annoying

2nd bad experience with TEVA. First time courier sent back sandals without trying to deliver. Teva said buy a second pair and we'll send you them then refund you!

Bought Midform ladies boots in January. Ripped my heels to shreds, I bought Compeeds (obviously) but no stretch at all after wearing 4-5 times. The right boot crushed my foot across the instep and took 8 weeks to heel. There is no give in them across instep or width. My local cobbler said they can not be stretched due to design. I was told to wear thick socks and buy plasters by customer service and they said there was nothing wrong with them! The boots are clearly not sized properly. The team took 4-5 days to respond each time and only answered half the questions and asked me for my address! So it took EIGHT weeks for them to send them back to me and I had no winter boots. Not cool. I wouldn't buy from them and won't again.

I need to return items but the returns portal is down and no one is contacting me. I am stuck with items that do not fit me at all

Very poor customer service. I emailed the VP Anders Bergstrom several weeks ago and received no response.
Their style #1003009 was a great boot. I have worn out 2 pair and style #1106832 replaced it. Horrible fit with a thin sole and no support like the discontinued boot.
Why do you discontinue a great fitting boot and replace it with a substandard one?

I purchased the woman’s original universal sandals. Delivery was quick. Large range of products, website easy to navigate. Product is good quality. Rubs a little on the toe section but could break in with time. Super lightweight and lots of flex. If you are between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down.

The purchase experience was terrible. The courier said I wasn't at home when they intended to delivered which wasn't true. They didn't allow me to pick up the delivery from an alternative location and sent it back to TEVA. The entire thing took like three weeks. TEVA customer service is terrible - they don't have a number you can contact or a chat. They respond to e-mails in an inconsistent fashion. I will never but again from TEVA.

TEVA-EU.com, heb hier online een paar Teva's gekocht. Het duurde echter een tijdje voordat de status op verzonden (UPS) stond. Maar uiteindelijk had ik ze dan toch na een week in huis. De klantenservice kan idd beter. Ik heb op mijn emails dan ook geen reaktie gehad. Ik vind het vooral jammer ook voor de verkoper, dat mensen de gedachte of het gevoel krijgen dat ze opgelicht worden. Dat is namelijk helemaal niet nodig. Er wordt wel geleverd, ze zijn alleen een beetje laks in hun customer service.

I ordered a pair of Teva sandals months ago from the Teva website . I eventually got a response that my order was missing and that they would give me only a 40% refund . I reverted to them that this was unacceptable that I should only be given a fraction of what I was charged . Still no satisfaction and no refund . My advice is not to deal with Teva online - customer service is non existent and you run the risk of being ripped off. Shocking attitude to the customer and worst shopping online experience ever .

I love Teva sandals so ordered them directly from their website. I ordered ahead of time for my trip. When I went to pack the sandals I realized they were 2 different sizes,left foot was correct but right size was 2 sizes smaller.
All I could get from customer service was for me to file for a return, no correction for the order.
