I should‘ve read the reviews here before placing an order with these people. Very bad customer experience. I made a mistake in the shoes suze when I placed the order (on Saturday) and while the order is under processing (on Monday Morning) I contacted them to change the order to the correct size. But unfortunately they refuse to change the size or even to cancel the order. They ask you to wait until you receive the order and then return it!!! The window to cancel the order is only 30 Minutes!! Are you kidding us

My advise is to avoid them. There are plenty of companies and brands who treat their customers very well.

Dit bedrijf is een en al oplichterij. Niet bij kopen. De aangegeven prijs op de site komt hoger uit, ze leveren niet en zeggen dat ze het product wel opgestuurd hebben. Ik kon 35% van mijn aankoopbedrag terug krijgen maar zij hadden het verstuurd dus was het verder hun verantwoording niet. Alles gaat in het Engels en als je belt krijg je alleen een bandje en wat je ook aan keuze maakt, je krijgt niemand aan de telefoon, en ook hierbij is het eerst in het Nederlands en later wordt het een Engelstalig voicemail.

Always been a teva fan, lasted years. The last 2 pair were junk, one the front strap was only glued into a slit in sole, terrible design, came out within a month. The second pair the soles came off after a month of moderate use. This is so common among shoes, never happened in the past, done buying high end shoes, keens do the same thing.

DON'T BUY TEVA SANDALS. I've been a loyal Teva customer since they came on the market. They were comfortable and high quality. That changed on my last three pairs. The soles separated on all three shortly past the one-year warranty. On the first two they agreed that it was so close to the year and should not have been a problem so soon they would replace them. On my last pair however, they had changed the policy to nothing accepted after one year from purchase. At this point I will do what most former Teva customers have suggested and buy from a more reputable company that will stand by their product.

received Teva Men's Original Universal Urban Sandals as a gift. These sandals tear up my feet. the material is very rough.

I own several pairs of Teva sandals where I have a unique issue with two different size feet, so I have to buy two pairs of everything. I bought Teva sandals from a retailer during the winter 2020, so only wore them summer of 2021. Beginning of summer 2022, I notice one shoe's footbed seams were coming apart. The retailer would not even talk to me about a return saying it was past their return date. I looked online at Teva.com and processed a form, paid $20 to ship to their California address and had both pairs returned for a credit that allowed me to buy replacements from their website. I was at first concerned about it taking a little longer than I thought, but had immediate responses by using their online chat with real people communicating. I received a gift card via email for the full value they currently sell for and bought new ones online with free shipping. Could not have asked for any more. FANTASTIC COMPANY!!!

I just bought a pair of Hurricane XLT and they are amazing. This is my 4th pair. I love them. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Seems very wierd.

I got a pair of Hurricane XLT2 - it’s crazy comfy and I can do strenuous all day hikes in them easy. Grip and sole are on point.
I had to order couple different sizes and customer service for returns were the best I’ve experienced.
I see some bad reviews, but for me it’s my proudest purchase for the last year.

Bought a pair of hurricane for 100 bucks. Didn’t even last a summer. The biggest issue is the holes that have formed in the soles. This was my third pair and all have gotten a hole in the sole of the shoe. The quality is crap. Made inChina for as cheap as possible. Sucks cause I like them. They use to make ones that lasted years. Not so much any longer. Don’t buy.

My TEVA water sandals fell apart in the water... how is THAT for ironic?!!? Both feet - the soles came off within a minute of each other. TEVA Quality has gone to crap! These shoes MAYBE had 30 - 40 hrs of actual wear on them!?
And don't even think about a "return" ... they offer a 1 yr "limited" warranty after you've jumped thru a LOT of hoops! Didn't feel like jumping that much, So I asked about a glue to glue the soles back on... they told me they "don't recommend gluing because it'll void the warranty". 🤣 You can't make this stuff up! Give your hard earned dollars to another company... you'll be happy you did! And hopefully YOUR camping trip won't be interrupted by a shoe shopping trip! 🤬

I ordered a pair of sandals four weeks ago. Payment taken, email says payment is OK but on the Teva website status is payment failed. No sandals and no answer on my email. Do not use Teva.com website.

Teva.com levere gode produkter hurtigt. Til gengæld er tevacopenhagen.com en fake side, der trækker pengene hurtigt og aldrig levere varen. Så vær opmærksom på hvad der står i browseren, når du bestiller, så du ikke bliver fuppet lige som mig.

Reading the other reviews, I do not believe Tevas actually send the goods out, they just keep your money. When you highlight it they say you can have a 40% refund for the item you have not received! There is no notification from any delivery company to say they are on their way, suspicious? Is it a scam, because I have not known any other companies to behave like this.

In 2017 I bought a pair of Teva sandals for a trip to Italy. The high-quality materials and construction were perfect for Venice streets.

Fast forward to 2022: I bought a new pair online and was shocked at the drop in quality. The materials felt basic, light and more akin to cheap sandals you might buy at the beach.

The sole material is inadequate for an adult to wear. After wearing them for 2 days I noticed my heels were sore, I stopped wearing the Teva Sandals, and the pain miraculously disappeared.

In conclusion, the aesthetics/design are still good. The main issue is materials. The company appears to of found a cheaper factory and decided no one will notice!

In the UK we have shops called 'Pound Land' where everything is £1. I wouldn't be shocked to see them stacked on the shelves.

My first pair of Hudson's: took into rivers, went hiking some times, had for 14 months. When they broke I chalked it up to wear and tear.

Bought a 2nd pair, didn't do any of these activities, and broke within 3 months of my first wear! It's upsetting, they're supposed to be durable. Return policy is atrocious also.

Website down. Got this "406 Not Acceptable" after website disappeared when I was shopping. Everybody else is willing to sell me their TEVA shoes, like DSW, Shoes.com, ShoeMall, Amazon, etc.
Also, this occurred while you, Teva, had a sale, which of course ended while your site was down. Hmmmmmm.
