We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

All of our devices go through our 90+ point PhoneCheck diagnostic and quality control process, which includes testing cameras and other key functions before dispatch. While this process is designed to catch issues before a phone leaves us, on rare occasions a fault can still develop or become apparent after delivery. Even brand new phones can occasionally develop faults after leaving the factory.

Once the device was returned to us, we processed your refund on the same day, covered the full cost of the return postage, and also offered a £10 gift card as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.
