Hello, thank you very much for your review and for sharing your feedback about our delivery service.
We offer white glove delivery for our safes through CEVA and FedEx; however, we do not have direct control over CEVA’s service quality or delivery speed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are continuously working to find higher-quality white glove delivery partners.
We're here to help if you have any questions!
Best regards,

Fast and reliable customer service care
The service was great. I received my item as ordered and expected. However, I was charged nearly as much as the cost of the item, due to tariff increases.

Resposta da Tigerkingsafe
Hi there, thank you for your review. We’re glad your item arrived as expected.
Regarding the tariff, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The charges were applied by the U.S. government, not TigerKingSafe. Our replacement keys are already priced as low as possible, but tariffs are unfortunately unavoidable.
We hope for your understanding, and thank you for choosing TigerKingSafe.

Hi there, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The SPARK 13.12 cu.ft safe you ordered is too heavy for the CEVA white glove service you selected — only FedEx can provide white glove delivery for the SPARK 5922 safe, and even then, some addresses may not qualify for second-floor delivery. We’ve already processed a full refund for your order. We truly apologize for the trouble this has caused and hope for your kind understanding.
Best regards,
TigerKingSafe
The digital board stopped working on…
The digital board stopped working on our safe. I ordered an external battery from TigerKing that didn’t allow us to open the safe. So I ordered the replacement keys, which do work. But in order to receive a new board, I was told I needed to leave a 5 star review before they will send the new board.
I am not going to leave a 5 star review until I had confirmation parts were shipped. SAD THAT A COMPANY HOLDS SERVICES HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU GIVE A 5 STAR THAT SO FAR IS NOT DESERVED!!!!!
