Return policy good. Customer service slow.
There was damage to the safe when I received it. New safe shipped out. Costumer service operates fairly slow, one message a day. Good safe.

Hi there, after checking with our customer service team, we confirmed that the safe arrived with some surface scratches. Due to the world time difference, you sent the email in our early morning, and our customer service replied to your email asap during working hours and promptly agreed to send you a new one. We received your confirmation reply on Saturday, and since shipping isn't available over the weekend, we shipped the new safe first thing on Monday. According to the tracking, you received the new safe on Wednesday. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we're here to help!
Best regards,
TigerKing Safe

Follow up. Tiger King has been very responsive to resolving my request for a replacement key. They have come up with a solution to solve the problem since the original key can no longer be duplicated.
Love my Tiger King safe. Ordered replacement keys and sent key numbers for master key and emergency key. Waited 30 days and received wrong master keys. Was told I would receive correct key but not given time frame.

White Glove Service/Great Safe
I had paid for white glove service and the man delivering the safe had no idea. He left me with all the trash. Once in my house he asked if I was single. Overall a very upsetting experience.
In one day I had been contacted and the situation rectified! Very impressive!
The safe is gorgeous! It has a damask fabric shelving in a gold color with finished ledges in metal. The shelves are adjustable which is a feature I love but hard to find. The top seperate keyed compartment is very large. I was able to utilize this space but was an added surprise! I would highly recommend. My sister is getting one and I'm considering another one myself!

If you need a safe with lots of room, this is it!
The safe is exactly what I was looking for. It has lots of room for all photo albums, jewelry and other items that in case of fire I wouldn't be able to get out in their entirety. The only issue was the delivery, they delivery driver was great - the issue was I got a phone call the day of the delivery. I wished I would have got a phone call a day in advance so I could have prepared better.
