T J Car Sales Opiniões

Very professional to deal with, made the process very simple, would highly recommend TJ car sales.

Wonderful customer service from Tim. Very helpful and patient. Lovely car very clean and prepared for purchase

We called T J Car Sales to enquire about a car they were advertising and spoke to Tim who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered to have it ready and waiting for us should we wish to see it. We travelled 40 miles to look at the car and we were really impressed with the presentation of the forecourt and the way the car was prepared. Tim spent time with us going through the car and made sure we were happy with it. Great service with no pressure to buy.

We can’t wait to collect our new car in a couple of days time!

Recently received my new car from this garage, outstanding service even in these hard covid times, they dealt with everything and everything that was said was done and on time, I highly recommend this used car sales and will look to buy my future cars from them

Our first visit to T J Car Sales today. We spoke to Tim over the phone who was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. We arranged to call within an hour and the car was waiting there ready for us to view all lovely and freshly cleaned. We went ahead and the car will be ready to pick up in the next 2-3 days. Excellent customer service and such a friendly atmosphere with covid restrictions in place. Highly recommend.

From the first phone call I was impressed with the helpful manner and knowledge of the salesman Tim he answered every question I had and nothing was to much trouble upon arrival for viewing the car the sales team were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble and I have to admit I was impressed with how the car was presented and looking at the other stock every car on the forecourt was well presented all paper work was explained in detail so no hidden small print so from start to finish I can't fault the whole team and was a pleasure to do business with them and would highly recommend many thanks and look forward to doing business with you again in the future

They were personable and professional. A member of the team even delivered and exchanged my car from my home. They’ll be my first consideration when buying another car.

Amazing service felt very safe and secure. Helpful and very customer friendly. Would always recommend to friends and family

Really relaxed atmosphere, no hard selling, a pleasure to do business with, and the car was top notch too.

We received our new car today after an enjoyable sales experience with the guys @ TJ Car Sales.

The service has been really easy as I found the chaps to share my views on how a car sale should go.. We are unfortunately hundreds of miles away so this had to be a purely remote purchase and even the worry of this was put to rest by TJ Car Sales. The car is perfect so far and we were pleased to have acceptable terms for our own trade in also.

Thanks all.

Absolutely amazing very helpful , friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend Thank you Tim 😊

A big thank you to Tim for all his help. Very friendly and made the process very easy without any pressure. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

We visited TJ car sales to look at a specific vehicle. Once we located the car and had a few minutes looking around it, we were welcomed by Tim. Tim showed us around the car and left us alone while he appraised our current vehicle with car sales owner Tom. After test driving the vehicle and crunching numbers we came to a deal in the office. Tim was upfront with everything and the most non pushy car salesman. I mean that in a good way.
We cannot wait to pick up our new car this week, and with the extended warranty we took out we have extra piece of mind. In whole, a very satisfying experience.

Looking for first car for Daughter. Good range of cars and found what we were looking for. Tim answered all questions we had without any pressure selling.

I recently purchased a car from T J Car Sales and I can't recommend them highly enough. Customer service was fantastic! Thank you very much!
