T J Car Sales Opiniões

I recently purchased a car from Chris at TJ Car Sales and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Chris did a sizable chunk of research on the car for me before I went to see it in person, always replying to email questions very promptly. On the day I went to see the car Chris and Tom were great. I had time to look around the car before we went out for a test drive and there was no pushy sales pitch afterwards. A really good buying experience - thank you Chris!

Excellent service from Chris. Very pleased with my purchase. Any questions I had Chris was able to answer. Would highly recommend

A lovely gentleman called chris helped me all the way through with my first buying experience with a car, reassured me on everything and was so helpful with anything me and my grandparents had to ask. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a car, all staff were lovely and friendly!!

Extremely helpful Staff who could not do enough, special thanks to Chris and Mike who made my daughters first car buying a seamless process. Would highly recommend, would buy again from them

To start with the car we bought for my wife around four weeks ago is great exactly what she wanted and sales team were helpful and the presentation of the car when we collected it was excellent. The problem started with the aftercare, within a week we had problems with the rear light cluster and engine management light came on, called up as still under warranty and travelled a hour back on agreed day to have looked at, problem diagnosis was a air flow sensor and new light wire system. Since then been down twice and the lights issue has been sorted however rather than change the sensor as agreed all they keep doing is resetting the engine management light. Was told last time sensor will be ordered and changed tomorrow however called today to confirm and sensor hasn't been ordered and car isn't booked in to be done so now I booked in to our local garage to get done. Overall our experience isnt great, wouldn't advise taking out the extended warranty they offer as the clearly look for any way to avoid spending money on sales aftercare.

My son has just brought his first ever car from T J car sales. He's thrilled with it. Friendly staff all round and our salesman Chris, who went above and beyond to make sure my sons experience was a very positive one. They even made sure new shiny wheel trims were put on, which was great. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from Chris when buying a replacement car.

The service and attention I was given when choosing my car was impeccable. I felt fully able to ask any question and confident in the answers I was given.

Further, when a slight problem manifested itself, TJ Car Sales were quick to ensure it was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

The staff at TJ garage were very nice people, very helpful. Friendly and welcoming great service. Highly recommend a visit

They made us feel welcome, even my puppy who was given water out of their own bowls.
Chris was the one who assisted me and my sister, but they were all very friendly and extremely happy to help. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic, efficient friendly service yet again from TJ Car Sales. This is our second purchase from them & can definitely recommend. Chris our salesman was very professional & nothing was too much trouble. As the car we bought had only just come in & hadn't been cleaned. He assured us once valeted it would look a different car. Wow it certainly did, it was sparkling inside & out when we picked it up. So happy with our purchase.

Brilliant service today from our sales man Chris after purchasing our beautiful Fiesta ST!, he has been brilliant from start to finish, no job was too much for him and kept me and my husband in the loop on a daily. Would 100% recommend to others about this fantastic garage! Thankyou all so much again

The service is very very good Chris is very professional am so happy to meet him. And the car is very good

This has to be probably the best car sales around, bought a Fiat Tipo from there last week and the salesman there called Chris made the sale so smooth, he kept me in touch throughout the week as to when the car would be ready to finally picking it up, if your looking for a second hand car then honestly i couldn't recommend this firm any higher..It's five star service all round from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional and friendly service, recommended.

Brought my car few weeks ago. My seller was Chris. Very professional and nice person. I can highly recommend TJ Cars if you looking for new car.
