Very lovely chocolate but would be perfect if there wasn't GMO soya added unnecessarily to the ingredients which is very bad for the human body. It is a bit pricey too.

Hello Tony, I have just reviewed your milk chocolate chip cookie bar and am deeply unimpressed. I did not receive the tastefulness of any cookie and was unhappy about my experience. I had the pleasure in dealing with Megs in customer service via Instagram. I have had a HUGE pregnancy craving for Tony's Salted Caramel (Littl' bits and the huge bar) and had an issue with one of the bags. Not only did I have a response within 24 hours apologising profusely, but Megs took pity on pregnant me and sent me a little goody bag to apologise further. I have been a long time customer of Tony's and this has only solidified its place for me as an amazing retailer with a great customer service team and delicious chocolate. Thanks so much for everything Megs!!

Chocolate Dust
Won bars in postcode lottery. I like my chocolate from the fridge so when I tried to cut it cold it just crumbled leaving me with dust. It’s weird imprint means you can’t just have a chunk so it’s impossible to have a small piece. The chocolate is creamy but so is a galaxy. It also has a figure of 62% on the back so very confusing label. Won’t be buying it in the future but nice to sample it for free.

The design of our choco bars has an important message behind it, and serves as a visual reminder that there's a whole lot of inequality in the cocoa industry. With profits still very much unequally divided, it's important our bars share this story (even if it does make for a slightly messier break as a result), so they won't change until the industry does. Delicious & ethically made chocolate...but
Delicious chocolate... I'm a big fan of the everything bar! Also the fact it's ethical brand treating all along the supply chain fairly is a huge win. Basically guilt free calories as you're helping others out! 😉
I would put them down as 5 stars if it wasn't down to the infuriating shape which is not easy to break apart when sharing...unless you just go full savage and bite it apart. It has put my partner off of buying them which is a shame

Won 4 bars on the postcode lottery
Won 4 bars on the postcode lottery. Very average chocolate, waxy almost like the outer chocolate of a Kit Kat or a cheap nasty Easter egg.
What is even more annoying is the shapes of the bar, very messy to break apart. Left with crumps of chocolate everywhere.
Surprised when I saw the cost, I am glad mine were free. Nice to see the ethical side of business but no use if product garbage

While it's to be expected that not everyone will love the way we make our choco, we can't help but always hope it'll become a new favourite when someone does give it a try for the first time. Slivers land on jeans, laps, couches and worst of all in dogs.
I don’t see any logic behind this choice.

The unequally-divided nature of a Tony's bar is often a topic of debate, but we just don't think it makes sense for chocolate bars to be divided into equal-sized chunks when there is so much inequality in the industry. We've made them this way to remind our fans that the profits in the cocoa industry are still very much unequally divided - and until that changes, our bars will need to remain as they are. I love this chocolate bar. I haven't tried all the bars but I tried the 'everything' one and it tastes amazing. the milk chocolate flavour is really good and especially with all the other extra stuff inside of it, it's banging. Id say personally it is better than Dubai choc as well which went so viral. Never thought i'd write a review for chocolate but here I am.

Bad chocolate, very bad customer service
We had a bad Tony Chocolate bag of tiny Tony’s. They had a nasty and bad taste.
Therefore we contacted customer support and they said the chocolate was white due to Fat Bloom. Nothing about the taste and no replacement.
Then that was the last time we ate Tony Chocolate. Be ware and better look for other brands!

Fijn dat je de ingrediënten goed bekijkt! Cacao is altijd het belangrijkste ingrediënt in onze repen, dus er zit zeker cacao in. Suiker en glucosestroop gebruiken we om de smaak en textuur te verbeteren, maar cacao blijft de basis van onze chocolade. In een melkreep zitten bijvoorbeeld 134 traceerbare cacaobonen. We vermelden dit bij elke reep achterop onze wikkels. Als je nog meer vragen hebt, laat het ons gerust weten!

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan, wat binnen 2 dagen verstuurd zou worden. Een week later een bericht ontvangen dat de producten niet op voorraad waren en dat het geld wordt teruggestort binnen 5 dagen. Inmiddels een maand verder en nog niets ontvangen! Ook wordt er niet op mailtjes gereageerd.
OPLICHTING! Haal hier niet.

Wat ontzettend vervelend om te lezen dat je zo'n nare ervaring hebt gehad met 't plaatsen van een bestelling bij ons! Dat is natuurlijk absoluut niet de bedoeling. We're sad to know our choco didn't hit the spot on this occasion, but thanks for giving it a go! If you're ever after something a bit more interesting, we make a bunch of bars that include a whole lotta good stuff to make your taste buds sing.. The Everything bar is a firm favourite with Choco Fans right now - milk chocolate with pretzel pieces, sea salt, almonds and nougat.. Mmm!
Kunden werden komplett ignoriert bei Reklamationen
Die Schokolade ist in Ordnung. Ich habe 5 Tafeln im eigenen Design über die Homepage des Unternehmens erstellt. Die Lieferung war schnell. Leider war der Aufdruck beschädigt, hatte Schleifspuren und abgenutzte Ecken. Nicht verwendbar für ein Geschenk. Der Kundenservice hat mir einmal geantwortet, dass man sich kümmern wollte. Danach nie wieder etwas gehört. Bei der Hotline geht nie jemand ans Telefon. Auf E-Mails und Anfragen über das Websiteformular antwortet niemand. Mehrfach versucht. Lustige Ansagetexte und automatische E-Mails, das wars. Kann ich nur davon abraten. Nie wieder Tonys...

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass du mit deiner Bestellung und dem Kundenservice so eine negative Erfahrung gemacht hast. Das entspricht nicht unserem Standard, und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass der Versand schnell und sicher erfolgt und die Tafeln in einwandfreiem Zustand ankommen. Dass dies bei deiner Lieferung nicht so war, bedauern wir sehr. Wir werden den Fall intern noch einmal prüfen, um den Fehler zu beheben und solche Fälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
Wir können verstehen, wie enttäuschend das sein muss, und nehmen dein Feedback sehr ernst. Es tut uns leid, dass du keine Antwort von unserem Kundenservice erhalten hast. Wir werden versuchen, dies zu verbessern, damit du in Zukunft schneller Unterstützung bekommst.
Nochmals vielen Dank für deine ehrliche Rückmeldung, und wir hoffen, dass du uns trotzdem eine zweite Chance gibst.

Thanks for the feedback, Anne. We don't shy away from the fact that we charge more for the stuff we make - it's all in the name of paying a fair price to the cocoa farmers we work with (which in turn helps us to end exploitation in the industry). We're sorry you really weren't a fan of our choco though, appreciate it won't be to everyone's taste. Thanks for giving it a try!
Lost order, impossible to contact them
I ordered directly from their website, parcel was stollen by Evri driver.
Tried reaching them over email, but guess what, they don't have a specific mailbox for customer service. They probably get everything routed to the same mailbox and they never answered.
I also tried to call them, they have pretty much same issue as with the mailbox. They most probably don't have enough agents do deal with the calls.
So my package was lost/stolen and Tony won't reply to email and there's no chance in contacting them over phone.
Also, their phone line is the most annoying thing ever. First listen of their automated recording was fun, by the 3rd one it was making me go insane. They sing and keep yelling "YEEHAW" which gets very very annoying at some point.
