Sold products they didn't even have stock of, requested a refund and still waiting after multiple promises it was going to be sent. Scam company.

I have already sent a detailed explanation of what went wrong and it was the delivery service who had me stay in waiting for them and then lied abut the fact that they had called and nobody was here, absolutely disgraceful and dishonest. Toolchimp employ these rascals indirectly....look elsewhere as people who lie over a small thing like this can never be trusted. You have lost a customer.
