Monthly box of self care
I have subscribed to the monthly box on my 2nd month and it has not disappointed. As a busy full time working mum it's nice to come home and find a box of self care waiting for me full of lively surprises. The socks are so soft. There's items I wouldnt try that I have found to really like.

Excellent, delivered on time and well received
I sent a number of boxes out to members of my team as recognition for a job well done, and they loved them! I had lots of them exclaim how delicious the cookies were, and overall they just loved the gift. Delivery was quick and on time, highly recommend ! My only comment would be, please do a cheaper version of the build your own! With so many to buy my budget per box is not big enough for a build your own, but I can't send out the same box over and over again, so I will run out of choice.

I have just received my February subscription box, WOW! What a brilliant selection this month, smells gorgeous with the melts ( nearly ate them ). I am over the moon, and i am sure all the other members will be too. Love everything you have created for this month.

Beautiful and great quality
I’ve had a treat box myself and ordered for other people and none have disappointed. They’ve all arrived on time and been so beautifully wrapped and boxed. They’re a pleasure to open and such good quality items. Customer service has been awesome too

Disappointed from buying 6month in…
Disappointed from buying 6month in advance treats. Treat box advertise lovely snacks and cute trinkets, unfortunately ive recieved mostly bits of paper, card like notepads and "mindful cards" and inedible things like "chocolate covered lily seeds"? Ive never once received just a normal chocolate bar or popcorn or something! Once I did get a stroopwaffle. But you pay essentially for socks. Very expensive to not like 70% of the box each time, you probably get way better items from individual boxes. Obviously the subscription is somehow inferior
You also may end up with some sort of little pouch, which is nice, like a small make up bag, but then the next month you get exactly the same thing with a different pattern. You never get mugs or pjs etc Cost me a lot up front. Won't be doing it again.

I’m genuinely sorry that the boxes you received didn’t feel like good value or match what you were hoping for. Our aim with the subscription is to create a mix of thoughtful self-care items, stationery, accessories and a small sweet treat, rather than a traditional snack box. That’s why you’ll see things like mindful cards, notepads, socks and lifestyle pieces alongside occasional edible items such as stroopwafels or artisan treats. I completely understand though that if you were expecting more classic snacks like chocolate bars or popcorn, the selection would have felt disappointing.
We also try not to repeat items, but some popular products (like our TreatBox socks) do appear in different designs across the year, which we understand may not be perfect for everyone, thank you for flagging that, it’s really helpful for us to review how we plan future boxes.
Thank you again for giving us a try and for being so open with your experience. We’ll take this on board to make the subscription better going forward.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service and the products were perfectly spot on to what I is described on their website.
I had an issue caused by the delivery service and treat box responded to my inquiry within 12 hours and had a new box sent out the same day. 10/10

Another amazing treat box
Another amazing treat box! I chose a pick your own box for a family birthday present. The choice of items was amazing with so brands I knew and some independent brands also. Adding on a don’t open until your birthday sticker is another little detail go above and beyond with!

An amazing find
An amazing find. I was looking for something to brighten up my friend’s day as she has been going through a tough time. I picked my own box with the 10 goodies. I was highly impressed but most importantly my friend that received it was beyond delighted and it really brightened up her day. I have ordered two boxes in 48 hours and this is now my go to place.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. "24 hour" delivery was around 4 days late. Treatbox blamed Royal Mail and refused to do anything unless I asked the recipient (not me, they were a gift) to send the box back. Useless.
By way of an update, Treatbox seems unable to comprehend that the gift was not sent to me, but to the recipient of the gift, and also will only accept a refund if the biscuits are re-sellable. This raises the question of how many other people have received and returned the same biscuits I sent to my friend. Weird.
In response to the latest claim that Treatbox has tried to be transparent, I would observe that the company is still telling me barefaced lies about unspecified "UK Consumer Regulations" that mean they are not allowed to offer refunds. To be absolutely clear, that is total nonsense.
Awful, awful company.

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you were, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive as quickly as hoped, especially when it was intended as a thoughtful gift.
We genuinely did try to support you throughout and reviewed the situation carefully, including at management level. The order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day but isn’t a guaranteed service, and unfortunately there was a delay once it was with the carrier.
As the parcel was ultimately delivered, our standard process is to offer a full refund once items are returned to us. We appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry that it added to your frustration.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and kind in how we look after our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t feel that way for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
