Need to review packaging to achieve a good first impression!
Good selection of products even if a bit pricey for the quality. Wanted to surprise my daughter with a good luck gift for exams. They need to upgrade the packaging to a sturdier box, I had to transfer this into a new box as it had got damaged in the post. Even the card was bent within it and the biscuit was broken. Was told as I had selected it for 'send to recipient' you don't get an additional gift box. Surely if the gift is being sent direct, you want it to arrive in nice condition for the recipient! The offer to resolve my issue was for me to pay a further £4.95 and they would send a new empty box. Not good enough imo and probably wouldn't use service again or recommend.

We completely understand your disappointment regarding the damaged packaging and broken items. While our postal boxes are designed to protect gifts in transit, it’s clear that in this case the parcel didn’t withstand the journey as it should have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, our ‘send direct to recipient’ option means the items are packed within our mailing box rather than inside an additional gift box. However, we absolutely agree that gifts sent directly should still arrive looking and feeling special for the recipient.
We’re also sorry that the resolution offered left you feeling disappointed. Customer experience is incredibly important to us, and feedback like yours genuinely helps us review both our packaging and support processes moving forward.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we do hope we may have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

this months treat box was just right
this months treat box was just right. not a single "girlie" item of pointless frippery, simply items that are both useful AND attractive. mini honey and preserve - consumable. a honey dipper - practical. a small notepad, pretty and very useful. a pencil that can be planted to grow bee-attracting plants - both useful and a good idea. a mini lavender perfumed soap - handy, smells good and will be used. also a pretty and practical cotton tote for market shopping, Big enough and small enough to pack away. thank you for curating this months box in this way. more in the same vein, please.

Nightmare returning damaged product
The gift box I ordered was soggy when it arrived. Some of the items inside were wet. I immediately informed Treatbox and in order for them to send me replacement products I had to email them, print off a label and return the items, send an email to inform them I’d done it, forward the proof of delivery email, then and only then did they agree to send the replacements, they almost sent it to the wrong address (from a previous delivery). So I’d say pretty good service if it all goes well, time wasting nightmare if there is a problem with your products.

Love my latest treatbox
Love my latest treatbox I offered for my children’s exams the daily planners coasters and food and drink items are great. Also loving the gold bow claw hair clip. It’s gorgeous. Would highhly recommend this company and their products. They make lovely presents and I’ve also bought them for myself!

We completely understand your comments regarding the colour theme though, especially as the gift was for your son’s GCSEs. At the moment, our packaging is designed in the signature TreatBox style, but we really appreciate your suggestion about offering different colour options for the box, packaging and card. It’s genuinely helpful feedback and something we’ll take into consideration for the future.

Outstanding Customer Care …
Outstanding customer care from this company. I was organising a Treatbox to be sent for a birthday gift and I wanted to customise one of the Ready to go boxes as the recipient has some food allergies. I e-mailed my concerns and heard back almost immediately from the lovely Molly who sorted it all out and even got the box shipped off on the same day! Absolutely delighted with this company and I will definitely be ordering again 😊

Mystery box? More like getting rid of old stock!
Ordered a mystery box and was extremely disappointed. 10 items- 2 pairs of socks, a hanging item and the rest were sweets and biscuits which were out of date the next day.
Knowing what lovely items you can choose when buying boxes this was severely disappointing. Left a comment on the facebook page and its ignored.
Not worth themoney!

Fantastic Company with five star products
This company is absolutely outstanding! The quality of gifts are just gorgeous especially the Pajamas. The packaging is beautiful and is one of the nicest gifts to open. The service is seamless from start to finish. Customer service by Molly excellent. One of the best companies I have ever used. A gift box from here is truly gorgeous and I can’t recommend enough!
