Dear Tim,

Thank you for taking the time to give us such clear feedback, and I'm sorry your experience fell short of what you expected. We apologise that there were no instructions in your boxes.

Regarding the 900mm front and rear cross members, it's possible the YouTube video you watched was for a different model in our range, as not all of our shelving units use a centre fitting for a centre support. We'd be happy to point you to the correct assembly instructions for the product you bought, so you can be confident it's fitted properly.

I'm also sorry about the delivery. Staying in all day only for the delivery not to arrive, with no contact to explain the delay, is not acceptable, and we will raise this with our transport partner.

Please contact our customer service team quoting your reference number and we'll send over the right instructions and help with anything else you need.

Thank you,
Customer Service
