The Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!! We don't have an internet for a month. Our home internet connection was lost because of Cable failure as they told us and now it has been a month they don't even bother themselves to send the right team and fix the problem. They told us the person who should have fixed technical issues quit his job and there is nobody to replace him and do the job how ridiculous this sound:))))))) What on earth have you heard something like this?!!!!

Please dont choose this company because it's a bit cheaper than others. It is impossible to reach customer service.

For companies, DO NOT BUY any M2M from this company. We could not get stable internet. Besides it is impossible to reach customer service. It took me almost 35 minutes to connect. You can get connected to customer service quickly if you are going to select "buy new ... ".

Ich habe 2 DSL Anschlüsse. Leider sind die Preise fast 3-fach teuerer geworden.

Wir sind am 22.09.2024- 01.10.2024 von Stuttgart nach Antalya geflogen.
Am Flughafen Antalya waren wir am Stand der Türk Telekom und wollten eine Neue Sim Karte mit Telefonie und Internet da wir jetzt im Oktober noch mal Fliegen.
Sie haben für 100 GB 3100Tl von uns abgebucht.
Als wir im Hotel waren ging keinerlei Telefonie lediglich nur das Internet.
Als wir in eine Filiale in Anlanya gingen hat man uns gesagt das man uns nur Internet gemacht wurde und keine Telefonie und das hätte nur 700tl gekostet.
Mit Telefonie wären es ca.2000tl und keine 3100.
Und das wir über Abgezockt worden sind.
Wir sollen doch bitte in die Hauptstelle gehen da könnte man uns helfen.
Das haben wir dann auch gemacht und noch mal 1 Stunde unseres Urlaubes Investiert.
Und die haben mir dann gesagt das ich allerhöchstens 1800tl bezahlt hätte mit Telefonie.
Also wir haben eine Beschwerde eingereicht und keiner weis was oder ob man was da bekommt.
Mein Fazit ist Finger weg von den Ständen an Flughäfen. Nur Abzocke und Betrug!!

You should never use Turk Telekom. Everything is in Turkish, no english support, no clear instructions on sim card activation. After I managed to find out what I need to do to activate my welcome 25 gb, I got the message that I can't activate the service twice, althogh it was never activated. Nothing from customer service. Worst provider ever. If you are a tourist - make sure to avoid them!

Bought a charger as emergency from Turk Telecom at Istanbul Airport (Arrivals) after a missed flight. Thought it was expensive but was told if I don’t open I can return back to airport. Didn't use . Didn’t open box. Went to airport the next day for my rescheduled flight and they refused to accept the return. I wouldn’t recommend to buy from Turk Telecom as a) they don’t offer return policies b) they will lie about it in order to get a sale .

Cok sorumsuz ve güvensiz bir kurum. Kendi kafalarina höre 9 ay sonra ev internet basvurumu iptal etmişler. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

14 Temmuz 2024'te 15 Temmuz'da Türkiye'ye giriş yaptım. Gazipaşa'ya vardık. Pazayeri'ndeki Türk Telekom mağazasından turist SIM kartından 8 numaralı CD'yi satın aldım. Bir ay sonra, İngilizce konuşan yardım hattından (beş yıldız) öğrendim ve uygulamada kartın/numaranın benim adıma değil Cennet Yıldız adına kayıtlı olduğunu 2 Temmuz'da gördüm. Henüz Türkiye'de bile değil. Herhangi bir açıklama olmazsa şikayette bulunacağım çünkü turist SIM kartımın kullanım süresi 15 Ekim yerine 2 Ekim'de doluyor. dışında. Ich bin am 14.07.24 in die Türkei eingereist, am 15.07. in Gazipasa angekommen. Habe dort im Türk Telekom shop in der Pazayeri CD.Nr.8 in eine Touristen-Sim-Karte gekauft. Nach einem Monat erfahre ich von der englischsprachigen Hotline ( fünf Sterne) und sehe es auch auf der App, dass die Karte/ Nummer gar nicht auf meinen Namen sondern auf den Namen Cennet Yildiz registriert wurde und zwar bereits am 2.07., einer Zeit, als ich mich noch gar nicht in der Türkei befand. Gibt es keine Erklärung werde ich Anzeige erstatten, denn statt am 15. Oktober läuft meine Touristen- Sim-Karte bereits am 2.10. aus.

I have been using Türk Telekom for my internet needs, and I must say it has been the worst experience. Despite being widely used around Turkey, the service is far from satisfactory. The internet speed barely reaches 2 Mbps, making it nearly impossible to load anything. To make matters worse, the wifi often goes offline without any warning. The reliability and quality of this service are severely lacking. I cannot recommend Türk Telekom to anyone looking for a dependable provider.

We’ve had a recent bad experience with this recently on Istanbul International airport. The kiosks for WIFi installed do not work properly and charged 4 times without delivering the service. The telephone operator promised to refund the money within 8 days, but that didn’t happen obviously.
The system is a legalised fraud similar to the unsavoury jokes made by Turkish 🇹🇷 ice cream pedlars, except, they don’t give back what you paid for.
I would avoid this airport and their airline like plague in future.

They should be labelled as scammers. My internet is not working since more than a year, I've stopped paying a month ago and they want to start a legal procedure. They have some serious nerves for being thieves

Für 16 MBts Internet soll man jetzt schon 520 TL im Monat bezahlen. Dabei werden nur 3 MBts geliefert. Unverschämte Abzocke.

Turk Telekom ile olan deneyimim gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bir apartman dairesi kiraladım ve bu şirketle ev interneti için anlaşma yaptım. Acil bir durum nedeniyle ayrılmak zorunda kaldım ve şimdi anlaşmayı uzaktan iptal edemiyorum, kullanmadığım internet için para ödemeye devam ediyorlar!

Yurtdışından giden birini dolandırmaktan gurur duyacak insanlar. Yazık günah! Siz parayı dolandırarak kazanıyor olabilirsiniz ama biz çalışarak kazanıyoruz!

Very bad service and no help or communication

Unfortunately I cannot put a zero review I’ve never seen such things, they are unprofessional bad service the customer care is disgusting and useless
They are just here to still people money and not helping I’ll called 3 times and none of these ladies can help

the most disgusting service I have used in Turkey Yalova. the staff is doesn’t know anything about they work specially the person named Haroun . He is charged me 800tl for only sim which is not even have any credit on it . Plus when I cheked the SIM card its even not in my name.I don’t understand Turkish language and he took advantage of it. Just stay away from them!!!

Someone cut the cable inside the building entrance box, (probably by a technician). They open a ticket said 48 hours , I called many times, they gave no clues about the technician, the jokes is when i called 30 minutes before the 48 hours expire the agent said that they still have 30 minutes ,after that they will open another ticket for 72 hours 😀, until now 3 days without internet. Stay away from Turk Telekom, even the apps for mobile is in turkish language only
