I went to Avcilar’s branch to inquire about TiviBu
A worker there called Halime convinced me that the TiviBu would work perfectly on normal TVs
After signing the papers and going home I found out that the receiver doesn’t work on my TV
Because it’s not a smart TV
I called Türk Telekom like 50 times trying to get someone to help me but no one did
Their treatment is the worse!
I was a foreign student in Turkey and they used that to scam me
I graduated and left Turkey 2 years ago
Now I have them sending me texts and calling me informing me that I have missing bills for TiviBu that i haven’t paid yet and they’re going to SUE me if I don’t pay ₺751 immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM

Gittim Avcılar şubesine TiviBu hakkında bilgi almak için. Orada çalışan Halime adlı bir eleman , TiviBu’nun normal televizyonlarda mükemmel çalışacağını beni ikna etti. Kağıtları imzalayıp eve döndüğümde, alıcı televizyonumda çalışmadığını fark ettim. Çünkü televizyonum akıllı değil. Türk Telekom’u aradım, ama 50 kez aramama rağmen bana kimse yardımcı olmadı. Muameleleri çok kötü! Ben Türkiye’de yabancı öğrenciydim ve bunu bana dolandırmak için kullandılar. Mezun oldum ve Türkiye’yi 2 yıl önce terk ettim. Şimdi bana TiviBu için ödenmemiş faturalarım olduğunu, hemen ₺751 ödemezsem beni DAVA edeceklerini bildiren metinler ve aramalar alıyorum. KESİNLİKLE ONLARDAN HERHANGİ BİR ŞEY ALMAYIN. ONLAR YABANCILARI HEDEF ALAN SOYGUNCU BİR TOPLULUK!

ذهبت إلى فرع أفجيلار للاستفسار حول تيفي بو. حليمة هناك أقنعتني بأن تيفي بو سيعمل بشكل مثالي على التلفزيونات العادية. بعد توقيع الأوراق والعودة إلى المنزل، اكتشفت أن الجهاز الاستقبال لا يعمل على تلفزيوني لأنه ليس ذكيًا. اتصلت بتورك تليكوم حوالي 50 مرة في محاولة للحصول على مساعدة، لكن لم يفعل أحد ذلك. معاملتهم هي الأسوأ! كنت طالبًا أجنبيًا في تركيا واستغلوا ذلك لخداعي. تخرجت وغادرت تركيا منذ عامين. الآن يرسلون لي رسائل نصية ويتصلون بي لإبلاغي أن لدي فواتير متأخرة لتيفي بو لم أدفعها بعد، وسيقاضونني إذا لم أدفع 751 ليرة فورًا! لا تحصلوا على أي شيء من عندهم. إنهم عصابة من اللصوص يستهدفون الأجانب!

This company lacks morals and trust, do yourself a favour and do not ever get this Internet Provider for your services! The English Helpdesk is a joke, they hate you for calling them cause they just care about their Turkish Residents, their hatred is real, do not I repeat do not let them in your home you will be so sorry cause they just do not care about you or your issues

They made us pay 300 TL and now expecting 450 TL more, we changed our service company to Turkcell, which they told us that we are no longer subscribed to Türk Telekom internet services. Then the next day our router was unplugged and we got a TurkCell router, but the soul consuming blood suckers kept sending bills to us. Turns out our subscription was never cancelled, and this was some kind of joint service where we could use only one router. Avoid if possible, almost forgot to add, they kept sending us higher bills after the first six months of our subscription, they put extra to our bill and said "we can now use our internet from our jobs" which was a total lie and not to mention we never got the promises internet speed. Never use it in the first place. Would give a 0 star if possible.

Unfortunately I can't solve your financial problems or help the Turkish financial situation. I'm just a tourist who paid last year a pre paid Simcard for a month. Then I throw it away because it swallows the money.
Till now you send monthly the pill.There is a misunderstanding.I didn't take a loan .I'm not a resident . If your salesman doesn't understand English. It's not my problem. I visited Turkey just once.A company such like your surely kicks the tourists.

The worst ever. Turk telekom istinye park has the worst service ever they decide which package you can do or else they say there’s a problem in the system

they don't answer on the phone and put a bot, I can't reach them but my internet is not working and per day they are added to my bill
its sooooooooo bad don't even try it

Türk Telekom benden 560Tl internet faturası ödememi bekliyor! Neymiş internet taahhüdümüz bitmiş, bir aydır eşime ulaşamamışlar ve buna rağmen interneti kesmek yerine kullanıma açık bırakıp bize böyle bir fiyat çıkartmışlar. Mesaj attıklarını da söylüyorlar ama eşimin telefonunda geriye dönük bir mesaj da yok.
Kaç yıllık müşterinize yaptığınız bu tutum çok yanlış. Bu ödeme eski taahhüt fiyatından gerçekleşmiyorsa ya da para iadesi yapmıyorsanız derhal başka bir firma ile anlaşıyorum bilginiz olsun!

Türk Telekom expects me to pay 560TL internet bill! They claim that our internet contract has expired, they haven't been able to reach my husband for a month, and yet instead of cutting off the internet, they left it open for use and charged us such a price. They also say that they sent messages, but there is no previous message on my husband's phone.
This attitude towards your customer of many years is very wrong. If this payment is not made at the old commitment price or we get a refund, I will immediately make an agreement with another company!

This ISP Is a fraud, erratic internet, CUT-OFF without notice for days, no response from the company by phone or email.
Bottom line avoid Turktelekom for internet service as they advertise to be everywhere and they're no such, I live in Tece and the service is suck, although getting Arat, Turkcell, or Vodafone is more expensive by little but is worth every penny.
AVOID AVOID AVOID NO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

To customers i have i am half turkish/Danish and in afyon the man talks to me like This he is coming from Denmark and trying to act like a actor.

Wir sind von den Niederlanden zum Flughafen Düsseldorf gefahren. Von dort zum Flughafen Antalya. Dort kauften wir am Flughafen eine Turktelecom-Prepaid-Karte mit dem meisten Internet, nämlich 90 GB für 1900 TL (70 Euro). Nach dem Zoll steckten wir die SIM-Karte in unser Telefon und stellten fest, dass es nur eine 50-GB-Karte gab. Wir konnten nicht zurück. Habe mehr als 35 Euro für nichts bezahlt. Der Verkäufer hat uns abgesetzt. Willkommen in der Türkei

Wij zijn vanuit Nederland naar Dusseldorf airport gegaan. Daarvandaan naar Antalya airport. Daar hebben we op het vliegveld binnen voor de douane Turktelecom prepaid kaart gekocht met het meeste internet namelijk 90 Gb voor 1900 TL (70 euro).Na de douane hebben we de sim in onze telefoon gedaan en kwamen achter dat er maar 50 GB kaart was . We konden niet meer terug. Voor niets hebben meer dan 35 euro betaald. De verkoper heeft ons afgezet. Welkcome to Turkey!

I have Telekom for my Ankara apartment. I live in the USA. My payments are automatically drawn from IsBank. Both wiFi and my home phone are paid by them. If I don't keep my turkish phone on, and roaming and do not respond to unnecessary hediye paket and upgrades and etc. They cut the service they are never satisfied with a monthly payment that doesn't change.
Especially on Tunali Hilmi stores they lie about services they provide, randomly ask for dollars of cash. Especially when they see a single older (I'm 73) woman, they think that she god sent to be robbed.
Oh! They love love love to serve young women. Sexist, ageist, unscrupulous company. I am going to sell my apartment and get out of there. They are THE WORST. My service is stopped. All my other Is bank payments are working because there is money in the account.

These one star commenters complaning about the customer service. Bro I call up the support line, within an hour a technician is here. I saw someone complaning that Türk Telekom came and cut someones Turkcell internet. BRO WHAT??? No way, no how. Either you got trolled by an impersonater or the CIA is gonna arrest you my brother. A professor was talking about them not fixing their internet in 3 month. I got a question, did you press the right buttons on the support line? And you were complaning about pricing, well I got one thing to say for you: Welcome to Turkey.

Terrible company. Our wifi does not work properly, it will randomly shut off every day several times a day. We wanted to cancel because they told us it would take up to 48 hours to fix and we said that was too long to wait and they told us they would charge us a penalty fee of over 1000 TL for canceling, even though the service we were paying them for was not working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

These people are thief my house infrastructure is made through them and I have internet from turkcell but we have duplex house so they come and remove my internet connection from there ans only put turktelekom connections I am reaching out to all of them and they are ignoring now I am paying money just for no internet
