Hallway and Kitchen/Diner Flooring removed and fitted
We recently visited the store to select new flooring for our hallway and large kitchen/diner after having a member of the team come out to our house to measure. Chris in store helped us select and advise best options after showing photos of the current flooring we had laid and our concerns (tricky Kitchen/Diner area fitted with different flooring). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had our old flooring removed and fitted by another Chris who was exceptional and did such a fantastic job. I would thoroughly recommend United Carpets and Beds at Boston for any flooring and will definitely be using them again in the future.

5 stars!! Great experience every time
Went in Boston store Thursday evening welcomed by Chris, help me and my wife choose a new mattress. Chris was superb, our son was with us and has additional needs Chris was incredibly friendly and talked to him helping him feel involved, the whole time also helping us pick the right mattress for us, not pushy in the slightest just helpful and honest, us being us spilt between two so was back and forth laying on each. Come away ordering what we wanted. So a great experience massively helped by Chris 👍 to add to this we have used United carpets and beds for all the flooring throughout our house and always been super helpful and done a great job. We both highly recommend them all.

From first walking into the shop staff extremely friendly. Couldn’t do enough especially the young lad who was showing us the different carpets. To our surprise he had only been working there 4 weeks. You would never know as extremely confident in his role. Samples bought to our house on the 26,8,26by Matt who also done the measurements and quotes. We found matt very friendly helpful like having a mate round for a cuppa. Couldn’t ask for a better service, carry on the good work

A Beautiful Transformation Thanks to United Carpets
I’m genuinely delighted with the service I received from United Carpets, and I want to express my appreciation for the care, professionalism, and attention to detail they brought to every part of the job. They fitted carpets in all the bedrooms, laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house, and vinyl in the utility room, and the results are nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment I visited the store, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They helped me choose the right materials without any pressure, explained the differences clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. Their communication was excellent, and everything was arranged smoothly from ordering to installation.
The fitters were exceptional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with real respect. The carpets are beautifully laid with crisp edges and a luxurious finish. The laminate flooring looks flawless — perfectly aligned, secure, and finished with real craftsmanship. Even the vinyl in the utility room, which can be tricky to get right, was fitted seamlessly.
What stood out most was the pride they clearly take in their work. Nothing felt rushed, and every room was left tidy and ready to enjoy. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great products, great workmanship, and great customer care all at once, but United Carpets absolutely did.
I’m truly grateful for the transformation they’ve made to my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Visited the Boston store
visited the Boston store, I personally have never needed to look for a carpet myself so was feeling quite anxious about the visit. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by team members, I approached the counter and basically said what I needed and Matt was extremely helpful and made the task in hand straight forward and stress-free, very much appreciate.
