Thank you to Chris and Matt it was a wobbly start with the fitter of our wooden floor letting us down by not coming to see the job 2 times but we have a new fitter which they sorted for us, can’t wait to see my floor eventually finished in time for my new sofas, well done chocolates on there way 😂

Went in asking for help fitting flooring into a newbuild house, friendly and welcoming staff, great honest advice from Chris especially, even came and measured the rooms for me too. Lots of choices in store too, definitely recommend. Thanks again

From the shop floor to the delivery and the construction of the bed was A1 very
proffesional. we have had the whole bungalow carpeted in the last year and a bed, would recommend your company to anyone without hesitation.

We called in at the Boston store
We called in at the Boston store, the staff were friendly and welcoming, Chris served us and helped in so many ways. We chose the carpet we wanted, and they jiggeled the dates around so our carpet would be fitted before our new bed arrived. A second to none service.

Great quality
Great quality, great prices, friendly staff.
The only headache was asking for specific sizes cut because we didn't have room to un roll large carpets in the property but found some were not cut to the specs, this made it a proper drama for us trying to layout carpets in some rooms where the carpets were 2 meters to big and up against freshly painted walls this caused creases in the carpets that are still visible 2 weeks later. Will make sure all the sizes are cut properly before collecting next time but there will definitely be a next time because they are the best locally.

So pleased with the finished look, we’ll be back…
We had previously bought some lino for our two showered rooms so we were more than happy to go back to the store to look at carpets. We popped in a couple of times to decide on the upstairs carpet and fitting as we hadn’t decided what we wanted to do.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and were very patient as we weighed up our options. In the end we chose to have the same carpet throughout and opted for their fitting service.
Matt came out to measure and later that day we booked a date for the fitting.
Blake did a brilliant job and we’re extremely happy with the end result.
We’ll definitely be back when we’ve finished refurbishing downstairs and are ready for more flooring.

So helpful in the store. Allowed time to look but discuss too. Once decided soon calculated what we needed. Ordered and delivered as expected. Fitted extremely well despite the challenges of reduced space and so many doors. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service 10/10
Fantastic help in store, I was unsure of when I could be at home and was sorted out with an even closer date to what I had imagined, installation was 100% perfect and a very friendly fitter too.
