Matt from Boston store has been brilliant over the years he recently came to measure up our bathroom and explained the best options we then went into the store and he gave his expertise and helped pick the right flooring for us and at a very reasonable price. Told me it was free fitting
Told me it was free fitting, but then had to pay for Carpet to be fitted. It should be advertised more clearly rather than turning up on the Day and expecting to pay money that you think you’ve already paid.

Carpet fitters came on time
Carpet fitters came on time. Moved furniture and wouldn't let me move a thing. Cleaned up after them. Was very polite. Will be using them again for my bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms real soon

Overall happy but could do better
We were very happy with the sales team and the fact they would hold the carpets and flooring until we were ready as we were renovating. We had most carpets fitted in one day and as the hall still needed doing the fitter stated he would leave the door bars for when that was done. It wasn't until the fitter came to do that we found out they should have been fitted when the bedroom carpets were laid. Also the living room carpet was starting to bulge it transpired the original fitter removed the gripper from under the radiator and tried to glue the carpet clearly didn't work.

A great experience at the Boston , Lincs store shopping for stair, landing and bedroom carpet. Looked after brilliantly by Matt, very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Answered all questions expertly. Most of all ,not at all pushy. Highly recommend.

Stair carpet renew
Very helpful staff at the shop and also the chap who came out to measure and price the carpet and laying of it. Then the carpet layer who came to do the job was excellent couldn’t have asked for anyone better, very good experience.
