Brilliant guys at this sloper road store in Cardiff, we have on going business with them due to renovation contracts we carry out around the city, and the speed of service and huge stock levels ensure we always get what we want, their fitters are also highly experienced which makes the whole job look nice...

Fantastic service and prices. Have recently had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and HSL. Price couldn’t be beaten and the fitters were also fast and a pleasure to have work in my home. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. I’m going back this week to order for downstairs.

Used 7 years ago so high expectations & were not disappointed. Fabulous service from Pam & Steve from ordering to measurement. Very knowledgeable with good advice on options to suit our needs. Wide carpet & lino choice available, excellent value & great quality. Fitters were great & worked around heavy items we weren’t able to move. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend.

carpet good fitters bad
good quality carpet from united carpets and shop gave i great service.
However, the fitters were from an external company and were rude to myself, and the painter who was still decorating the downstairs.
If i were to order again i would check who was fitting my carpets first.

What an absolutely amazing team of…
What an absolutely amazing team of fitters.I had my flat carpeted by the same fitters twice and they were polite and even moved my furniture for me and then put it back too.Brilliant company.Highly recommend them.

I went into your store in sloper road Cardiff cf118AA and was looking to get some information about carpet and laminate flooring. I was approached by a lovely lady called Pam. Pam explained about the different types of laminate and colour matched laminate to carpet for me. Pam had excellent product knowledge and explained all the benefits of different types of carpet and laminate and also what underlay was best for each product. Prompt turn around for the gentleman steve James to come out and measure up and steve was very clear and accurate. I then orderd my carpet and laminate the same day that it was measured. Pam explained everything in full and was very knowledgeable and helpful but very professional. I am very happy with the service I received. Definitely will be recommending. When you are spending a lot of money on a product you want to know you are doing the right thing and pam did everything she could to help and explain.
