US Immigration Document Opiniões

THEY SENT ME SOMEONE ELSE'S ESTA!!!

Huge data protection breach. I recieved via email, someone else's ESTA which contained their personal information. DO NOT USE.

Branded too similar to the actual official government website. Misleads into paying nearly triple the standard cost and seemingly getting nothing extra for it.

I got scammed by this company. Paid 180 dollar for 1 ESTA. Complete ripp-off. Don't use this service.

I logged onto this site thinking it was the official ESTA site, filled on the application and was charged $170. My wife then tried to log on for her application and was warned that it is a scam site . She then found the official US government site logged on, filled the same information paid $40 and the visa was confirmed 20 minutes later! I then tried to cancel my application tried their phone number 6 times over 8 hours it was never answered Sent a email and 24 hours later reply came offering to cancel the application but only offering a 25% refund (their terms and conditions) They claim that they perform checks and monitor your submission which was not necessary with my wifes application. In effect you are charged $130 (£100) for this company to take your application, read it and then submit it BE AWARE!

They pose as official USA agency and they are not, it should be forbidden

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!
Use the real government site, this is a privat business that will overcharge you and you will share your personal information with them that you should never share with anyone. I have reached out to the US Embassy also to have them blacklisted or put some more attention that they are not a real government website.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE !

Watch out these are scammers!!! Dont pay them

I began a visa application through the official site and did not complete it. It seems this site US document somehow has intercepted the applicationvand responded to me to complete through their site which seemed legitimate. After completing the application they advised my card payment was not accepted. I was immediately suspicious and checked and blocked my card. On closer scrutiny I could see the site is not official and reported to the US scam agency.

The service was expensive and It looks like government website so I provided my personal information. They e-mailed me again to make me pay again. So I canceled my credit card. I’m not sure if it is secure.

But I got my esta real quick so the process was quick. I’ve checked my esta on official website and my contact information on my application was a bit incorrect so I changed them myself.

I hope you don’t pay too much on that website but the service was not scam. However, I don’t recommend using the website. It may not work like they put incorrect informations.

So, I paid 136 GBP or 170 USD, it came back in 1 day. SUSPICIOUS. However I applied again in the US gov official website (40 USD), and when I entered my passport number, it popped out, that my passport is already registered and the ESTA was successful already. And if I want I can re-apply and pay the 40 USD, but the existing one will be cancelled.

Buttom line, they are legit, however they are very very very very expensive, 4 times than the GOV one.

I even went to the Apple Store, I downloaded the app, I typed in my details, and popped out that YES I have the ESTA approved.

So dont worry they are legit

They charge 179usd when the official esta website charges only about 21usd

DO NOT USE.

Scam company. Gave them 2 weeks to process the ESTA (no ESTA received). Meanwhile, my card details have been mysteriously used overseas. Avoid at all costs.

Beware. The website looks like the authorised USA ESTA visa website but it isn't. They have it somewhere in small text that they are not.
