Planning a holiday in Miami and this part was actually the easiest. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, no complicated wording. The review before submission gave me more confidence.

I am honestly shocked how I fell for this website. I was very tired when doing as this is something I have done in the past myself many times on the official government website. When I came to the price checkout, I told my husband this is weird it is usually $40, why is the price higher and he was like no sounds right, I was hesitant but tired and processed the payment and then I saw the email and it clicked this is not the official website. They are the first on googles landing page which is honestly not okay and misleading and their landing page shows very similar structure to the official website. Only once you go to the main page you can see it says in the fine print we are an intermediate. Now, the reason why this is a partial scam, is I did get the esta but they charge $170 for no reason as on the esta website it is even a faster process. It is also scary as they hold such sensitive information. I asked for a refund and they have replied so that is good, but I still find it really scummy the way they got to the top of the google page and take advantage of people. Google and the official esta website should not allow this as it is highly misleading, causing a lot of people stress. I always go through official websites and somehow fell for this even though did this application a few times in the past.

Same stupid mistake as everyone here. I googled 'request ESTA for USA' and the first result was usimmigrationdocument.org. It looks very official so I did the full application until I checked how much has been taken off my creditcard which indeed is way more then when you do it through the actual government website. Dumb mistake. But also.. please take that website down!!!!

I believed this was the official ESTA website, but it turned out to be a third-party service. The site looks very professional and gives the impression that it is an official US government page.

I paid around €179, while the actual ESTA fee is only about €40. My application was approved, so the service does work, but the price difference is extremely high for something that can easily be done directly on the official site.

In my opinion, the website is misleading and not transparent enough about being a paid intermediary. I would strongly recommend others to apply through the official .gov website to avoid unnecessary extra costs.

SCAM 100%. Masquerade's as the official site. It came at the top of the Google results, probably due to paid placement. Does not give you any reference numbers or tell you the price but will take about £140 from your account. Credit card company confirmed its a scam and have cancelled my card.

SCAM to harvest your data

I paid USD179 for an ESTA instead of the government rate of USD40.37. If you fall for this, as I did as it is literally the first result on a google search, immediately check that an application has been filed on the official portal and that the information is correct, notify your bank and lock your credit report. The fraud risk is huge and they ask for more information than is required which in my view is to harvest high risk personal data.

Be carefull. Not the official website. Pure scam company.

It is not the original US goverment portal, they are fraudulent and charge you 300% more of the original price.

Dovevo fare l'Esta e mi sembrava un sito governativo,invece mi sono trovato in un sito che per due moduli ESTA mi hanno fatto pagare 179 $ cadauno. Totale 358$

Mi sono recato sul sito,nella parte "politica del rimborso", praticamente dopo aver letto attentamente,l'unica cosa che offrono è un buono per il prossimo acquisto per i loro onerosi servizi.

It’s a total SCAM! The price is 4,4 times higher than it is via the official channel. You are left behind with an ESTA with mistakes in it and the so called customer service starts to offer a discount after you complain. I filed a complaint with FTC and ECC Europe, let’s hope this website gets closed due to fraude. And I sincerely hope I will get my money back, since I had to fill in a new application for an ESTA and pay once more. Avoid this webite at all cost!

You pay wayyyyyy too much for this service but the flipside I got it approved within a couple of hours. I checked on the real ESTA website and the ESTA received is legitimate. I just paid $200 too much. So make sure on official govt website!

Scam! Paid $170 USD for them to submit my application which I could’ve done through the government website for $20 USD. Unfortunately this site popped up as recommended when I searched for the government website. Do not use!

First thing first: I got my ESTA. However their SEM strategy place them first on Google and they are just an intermediary that charges you x3 for the exact same thing you can do yourself on the official ESTA website.
You end up paying a lot unknowingly that this is not the official site (damn .org domain..)
