Should be 0 stars. 100% scammersI have also been scammed by this website. Never got an ESTA, took my money and no return. They have my passport, details everything! BE SUPER CAREFUL AND CALL THE POLICE.

Tout sur ce site est fait pour vous induire en erreur. Le prix est exorbitant, mais je n’ai pas réalisé tout de suite car je pensais que c’était une forme de « dépôt » de garantie. Ensuite j’ai demandé le remboursement de la différence (135$) je n’ai pas encore eu une réponse. Ils s’emparent de toutes les données sans aucune garantie pour le consommateur. Il faut signaler ce site aux autorités et j’attends la suite pour décider si je porterai plainte

Watch out!!! You pay far too much with this website for your esta request. It is totally not clear wat the costs are if you are on this website via google and start the process to request the esta. The cost for an esta this website finally charged on my creditcard is $178,-
Never go on this website because they charge an insane price…
How can we solve this problem now?
And if you send an esta is this an official one?

I first was a little afraid when I realised that I paid much more then with the official Site. First thought I would never get my ESTA or al false one. But finally it was ok. I received the ESTA on the next day and it was the official one. So I can say that it was very expensive but fast.

Complete scam. Do NOT use. I'm upset that I fell for it! No support to talk to. I have put in for a cancellation with them. I have advised them that if they don't cancel I will do a chargeback on my card. You might want to try this too.
Update: after lots of emails with them making offers of a partial refund I got a full refund (although it came in 2 halves and I had to keep pushing). A chargeback is not what they want as it will cost them in a fee and reputation. So if you’ve fallen for it don’t give up and if all else fails do the chargeback.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

They website is made to look like the official US government website. In small font letter and low contrast colour they say "Fast-Track eVisa Services. Not a Government Website" so it is hard to see. The questions are the same as in the official US government website.

I completed all the information for someone else and paid the $179 USD. I didn't realize this was close to four times the real value of the ESTA.

At least, I received the ESTA when I checked in the official US government with the application number, but they now have all the personal information, passport, address, etc, and the 139 USD, they earned doing absolutely nothing, for sure they are using a machine to input all the information in the US official website.

I tried to submit a refund, but because they provided the service, for sure is not going to work. What seems sketchy is that the as for an "order number" in the confirmation email, and there is no such order number.

I cancelled the credit card used, as they don't give me any confidence that it will not end for future scams.

It seems you can request to delete all your personal information, so I will try that, hopefully it works.

I hope this post will help people to only use the official US government website and prevent google to post it as first result when searching for "ESTA application".

State attenti, il sito è una truffa bella e buona. Purtroppo ci sono cascato fino al momento del pagamento e ora hanno una marea di miei dati sensibili. Il sito è veramente molto simile a quello del governo americano e quando si cerca su Google l'ESTA questo è uno dei primi risultati. Al posto che farti pagare i 30/40 dollari governativi te ne chiede ben 170. State attenti con sti truffatori miraccomando

How can Google list this scam website at all, let alone at the top?
If you're reading this you probably already know that it's a scam - now they have so much personal data as well as my $179 Agh!

I entered all the details and went to pay - luckily on the payment page I noticed it was about $100 more (the ESTA costs $40) so didn't proceed, but I did upload all my details until the payment page.

I needed to apply for an ESTA, and through Google I ended up on this website. I genuinely thought it was the official U.S. government website, because it looks very similar.
This is a complete scam. They do submit the application, but you pay three times the normal price. On top of that, I never received any confirmation that my ESTA was approved, I had to check this myself on the official government website.
So don’t fall for it. Always apply for your ESTA through the official U.S. government site.

Submitted via this top Google site - looked legit - thought I was doing direct. No ESTA for 4 days - checked on the official site with info provided. No application on record. Scam.

Warum auch immer hat Google die Website als ersten Hit, wenn man „Einreisegenehmigung USA“ eingibt. Die Dateneingabe ist identisch zu der offiziellen Seite der offiziellen US Behörde. Die angebliche Dienstleistung besteht schlicht darin, dass diese Daten dann der offiziellen US Behörde übermittelt werden. Dafür werden die 4fachen Kosten der normalen ESTA Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Es besteht kein Mehrwert, denn man kann mit gleichem Aufwand den Antrag einfach auf der offiziellen Seite der US Behörde stellen.

Das ich in der Hektik den Prozess dort durchgeführt und dann auch noch gezahlt habe, ist natürlich meine Blödheit. Ich habe dann aber über deren CS direkt das Geld zurückgefordert. Nach ein bisschen hin und her wurde mir zugesagt, dass das Geld zurückerstattet wird. Dies ist NICHT erfolgt und ich musste über meine Bank eine Rückerstattung veranlassen, die auch erfolgreich war.

Also Finger weg von dieser Betrugsseite!

Don't have anything to do with this company. They are scammers posing as the genuine website. I have been scammed very few times in my life, and feel very stupid that I fell for this one. The charges are a rip off. However I did get the esta's for me and my wife, and they appear to be genuine (you can check on the real website). So I have just lost a couple of hundred pounds. These people are clearly criminals, and it is worrying that they have so much of my personal data.

Service is good, but the fee is ridiculous ... 4x normal fee. I used it, thinking it was the official site. The only added value is circumventing inputting the social media details. Total shake down!

Scammers who deliberately give the impression they are the official US immigration site then charge $180 dollars to do the same thing you can do for $40 on the real site. Wicked.

STATE ATTENTI É UNA TRUFFA! Il sito é quasi uguale a quello ufficiale del governo, e proposto tra le prime scelte quando si cerca -ESTA siti ufficiali America-. Nonostante abbia inviato meno di 30 minuti dopo la richiesta di rimborso totale e cancellazione di tutti i miei dati, seppur mi abbiano risposto a più di 20 emails che mi avrebbero rimborsato, non lo hanno fatto, e dopo 5 giorni mi hanno proposto un 25% di rimborso su 154,54 euro! Se non mi restituirete i soldi e non cancellerete tutti i miei dati farò una denuncia ufficiale alla polizia postale per truffa e lascerò 1 stella su tutti i siti! Che brutta esperienza!

I have come to discover that I have paid an additional AUD$200 for this service when I should have used the official site which would have been AUD$60 (US$40).

I did receive my ESTA but I am now concerned that my information will be on-sold.
