SCAM! This shouldn't be listed on Google. The phone doesn't work and they do change something on your application so when you apply then is too late and you have to do it again, maybe they hope for you to do it from the same site. They take the money from you, do not do it here.

Me and my wife we've been scam by this third party website. They gavent send us any ESTA and also charge us and havent recieved any refund. A week since we did the payment and havent recieved anything.
We just one and answer from the webholder taht at least they want use our data and also we want a refund. How can google have this first whne you make the research for the ESTA. Amazing how this scams can be first in search in google

I applied via here thinking it was the official website. I have not got any response or any reply other than a confirmation email about the payment. I checked the status on the official esta website after realizing this was fake and there is no application on the official website.

I am shocked that Google is showing this on as a sponsored result - I guess even Google ads will show anything as long as they get paid?

I felt terrible that I did not realize this was fake and then saw everyone on trustpilot is saying the same thing.

I have lost the money but worse I am worried about identity theft.

Do not use this website if you have a choice!

Ce site est trompeur et n'est pas le site officiel, même s'il peut apparaître en 1er sur certains moteur de recherche.
Après m'être rendu compte de la supercherie (179$ au lieu de 40$!!!), j'ai fait une demande d'annulation et de remboursement. On m'a répondu par mail une confirmation de cette annulation avant de procéder au remboursement. Puis, plus de nouvelles...
Après relance ils m'annoncent finalement ne plus pouvoir annuler la demande et refusent de rembourser, tout en me proposant un geste de 25%.
Mais à nouveau plus de réponses à mes emails.
Je vais devoir porter plainte.
Et que penser des données transmises (notamment photo du passeport)...

I used this page by mistake, thinking it was the official website and it was not! They charge you 179 dollars instead of 40 that the official price. It's such a SCAM and it shouldn't even be allowed to be in Google!!

Just a scam outfit don’t use, didn’t send me a visa, didn’t send me a refund either. Shocking

Scam US via/ESTA website charging 179$ - I did not finish populating or add my bank details but submitted some personal information on their site which saved automatically and am now worried about them having this stored. DO NOT USE.

AVOID. Hopefully you see this before you do what I did, trust Google's first result, and pay way too much for your ESTA via this UNOFFICIAL site who will refuse a full refund. The ESTA is legitimate - but they charge way too much compared to the official government site, and refused to refund me after I asked for a refund literally 5 minutes after buying and realising my mistake.

This site is a scam and does not deliver the service even at 179$. I do not understand why it is appearing on Google when one asks ESTA for a search. They have filled in the information on the ESTA official site but did not pay, so no ESTA document was delivered.

Scammers. THEY ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE!! They present as if they’re the official website and charge you exorbitant fees. Was charged $179, but the official website only charges $40!!! Overcharging for the exact same application pretending to be USCIS! DO NOT USE THEM!

I feel so silly for falling for it but this is a scam website. This is the first listing on google when you type in ESTA. They charged me $271 for one esta application. I emailed requesting a refund and asking to withdraw my application. They did not respond to it. They instead sent me an email the next day saying my application was successful. They have all my personal information. I have disputed the charge with the bank and they are now sending me a new card.

es una estafa. se hacen pasar por el sitio oficial para cobrar 3 veces mas. el diseño de la pagina web y el proceso están hechos para plagiar a la pagina web del gobierno.

Intente contactar con ellos pocos segundos después de que se hiciera el cargo a mi tarjeta para cancelar el proceso pero no recibí ninguna respuesta, enviaban emails a mi correo pero no contestaban ninguno de los que yo les enviaba

es una estafa completa. lo he clasificarlo como cobro fraudulento con mi banco y veremos que pasa

They did not use my credentials to make ESTA request: wrong location of birtand email.
It was approved, it is worthless and I need to submit it again (additional cost)

This website is misleading, as the others are saying. Top result at google. It should not be legal and google should do something against it. I did not have much time to take care for my ESTA and fell for this company. Don’t use this!

Do not use them. The website is misleading and attempts to resemble the official government platform. I made the mistake of making my application through them.
My credit card was used fraudulently used immediately after I made payment for my visa and had to be cancelled, another hassle prior to travel.

I paid $179 USD which came to $330 NZD. When I come to find the US visa from an offical website is only $40USD which is only $70 NZD so I have paid almost 5 times the amount!!!!

You state “Our service fee covers personalized assistance and guidance throughout the application process, which is why the total cost may differ from the government’s application fee.” I have struggled from the get go to get a hold of anyone. I have emailed and no reply - I have called and it says the number is disconnected. It also states you can be contacted 24/7 which is believe is false advertising.

Once payment was made via your website, my card was later compromised. I am extremely worried as I have provided you with all my personal details, bank details & photos.

Be careful stay away from this site they are 100 % cheaters how could ask 179 usd instead 40usd I could understand 60 usd or even 70usd but 179 usd is much I tried to contact them but with no answer . Please be careful use the official site for make Esta

Ayer solicite 2visados para mi y mi hija a través de esta web, justo proque me salio 1ra y al ser por la noche no preste atencion al mensaje que este sitio no es gobernatal . Es verdad que colores y procedimiento es muy parecido a la web oficial , pero hace unos años yo he pedido el visado en la web oficial de USA y presenti al final que precio era muy elevado y no me ha salido ningun enlace de registro . Compare con el registro de años anteriores y empece sospechar lo peor .Pense que es un fraude. Desde aqui inicie buscar informacion sobre esta web y encontre aqui informacion de otros usuarios como yo. Solicite cancelacion de 2 servicios pagados segun informacion de su web y me respondieron de otra parecida , que no son ellos. Digamos por email que ponen - llega a otra empresa , y eso significa que es una estafa. 18.11.2025- En la pagina de cobro aparece pago de TravelAssist y orden de confirmacion de USImmigrationDocument.org. . Cobran 179 dolares , 154 ,26 en euros. Es una estafa a medias. Te envian datos de registro de la embajada que lo entran ellos. Me he comprobado datos de mi hija y el pasaporte y objetivo de viaje se han puesto bien. Pero mis datos estan puestos mal, se han puesto que voy de transito y no me sirve . Los emails que estaban entradas en la aplicacion eran jamaicac5form_gmail.com, y en otra solicitud dominicanrepublicticket_gmail.com . Esto se puede cambiar teniendo datos de pasaporte etc .Al email que indican envie varios mensajes, pero llega a otra web parecida en nombre , pero no son ellos . Por favor tener cuidado haciendo visados en estos sitios,mejor no hacerlo y verificar la web y que se de la embajada de EEUU . Web: USImmigrationDocument.org es una estafa .Asi que ire investigando. Me llego confirmacion de unos de los visados y de otro nada. Con los datos que me enviaron pude verificar que si que entraron nuestros datos , pagaron visado y cobraron a nosotros 4 veces mas precio de Esta normal. Si pasara algo mas os informare .

Dette er en scam. De har en .org adresse og udgiver sig således for at være en del af immigrations-apparatet. Det er de ikke - og når man læser deres hjemmeside står der med ganske småt "Operated by Arena Soccer International LLC"? De tager USD169 for noget der koster USD40. De tager ikke telefonen - ringer ikke engang. Prøver at få mine penge tilbage. UNDGÅ DEM FOR GUDS SKYLD.
