Company is a fraud! Take your money and don’t dispatch order…. Placed order on 3/11/25 and still nothing! Emails bounce back! WhatsApp just say we are sorry having logistic issues! Stay clear!! Do t waste your money

Hello, I placed two orders and was told they would arrive on Saturday or Monday, but I haven't received anything yet. There's no response; no one answers the phone or WhatsApp, and the orders haven't been shipped. I requested a refund, but it wasn't given. I informed my bank not to order from this website.

Real Scammers, they haven’t send anything.
Email & phone not working.

If I had zero stars I’d give it! This company are nothing but thief’s and scammers. Taking money from people with no intentions of sending the goods. Reporting to Trading Standards, these people need arresting for fraud

If I could give a zero I would! Absolute Charlatans! I've tried emailing - failed delivery, tried phoning - Mail box full, tried wots app on the number they messaged me on - didn't even reply, so they are clearly a fraudulent bunch and I hope Karma catches up with them !

Do not use this company. I received a wrong order, 2 vapes already opened and one wasn't even working. Email address is invalid as are phone numbers.
Still waiting for correct order they claimed to have dispatched or refund but both seem unlikely.

Shocking service placed order £160.17 on 8th October 25 still haven't received it numerous phone calls(when they answer) and emails always same excuse awaiting delivery problem getting stock have never been offered replacement or refund even though I have requested refund i have previously ordered with them before no issues if something was not in stock they would phone offering alternative absolutely disgusting customer service

If I could give half a star or zero I would I’ve had constant issues with late delivery’s the excuse always is the same that the flavours I ordered weren’t in stock.. yet it never says this on the website!! I continued to order due to the deal they had on the specific vapes I use .. last week I made my latest order which this time I have not recieved tracking hasn’t moved and I’ve not been able to get in contact until today and was told they have had there bank closed down which means they aren’t able to order stock yet still allowing orders to go through on the website! When I questioned them on why they haven’t said anything about this I’ve been ignored .. so I’m out of pocket and still no vapes or further communication VERY POOR SERVICE!! 100% something not right going on here .. wouldn’t not recommend ordering from this website at all!!

I would give no stars Ordered on the 24/11/2025 it said it had been dispatched with Royal Mail ref given Royal Mail haven’t received parcel I’ve tried emailing ringing and texting mail and phone mail full so can’t leave a message and not replying to text absolutely disgusting DON’T USE VAPE AREA UK🤬

Payment is set up so the transaction shows as a bank transfer, they don’t sent the order or give refunds.
Impossible to contact.
They are nothing but thief’s.

My order hasnt been delivered despite being told twice it was on its way.
Tried emailing few times but got no answer at all 😡

Scam website. Took money. Wouldn't send order or refund after saying they would 4 times. Bank fraud department has it down as a scan website and police are aware. Avoid at all costs.

100% a scam nothing recived in weeks. Was emailed and told there was a delay and now no reply to any emails or messages

Out of stock, NO REFUND! they need reporting ASAP to trading standards. I have tried about 11 times and they do not respond. It has been two months now and no communication from them. This is disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINA:S!

Złodzieje i nic więcej. 3 tygodnie temu złożone zamówienie i do dziś nie ma ani pieniędzy ani e-vapes.... Próby kontaktu zakończyły się na "zostało wysłane, sprawdzimy to z Royal mail" a teraz już nawet nie odpisują anie nie odbierają złodzieje..... Nie kupujcie nic od tych oszustów !!!!!!!!!!! Bo stracicie tylko pieniądze !!!!!

Nothing received after 10 days and ignoring emails.
Wish I checked here before ordering.
Waiting to file a dispute with my bank. Don't need the hassle.

Update: Couldn't even get my money back from the bank. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO WILL BLATANTLY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Ordered a month ago. Still not received. Answerphone is full so can’t leave a message. Absolute scam.

Absolutely awful. I was ignored when trying to return items.

Was due a refund due to an out of stock item. Emailed back & forth (mid September 2025) with Vape Area, promising a processed refund. Mid- October 2025. Nothing. Emails started to bounce back as undeliverable.
Managed to contact them by phone (beginning of November 2025), just to inform them to forget the refund, just send me an alternative, (gave them the description on their website of the item).
One week later - still nothing.

Fed up of placing orders, waiting for them to send a link to pay and then days later having my order cancelled. Why charge me if you don’t have the item in stock? Why even advertise it. So annoying
