Es geht den Bach runter. Schlechter Kundenservice. War mal für mich eine Alternative zu anderen shops. Hat sich aber erledigt: absolut hilflos bei Anfragen, keine Ahnung von nichts - wenn man überhaupt mal eine Antwort bekommt. Am besten schließen und abmelden. Bitte macht zu! Danke.

Oft bestellt und nie enttäuscht.
Zum Angebot brauche ich nichts groß sagen - das ist für meinen Geschmack sehr breit aufgestellt. Daher ist Vinyl Digital mein favorisierter Plattenladen
Ware ist immer in top Zustand angekommen. Ich habe auch schon kurze Belange mit dem Kundendienst via e-mail klären können. Das lief schnell und anstandslos.

Katastrophale Kundenbetreuung.
Keine Reaktion auf meine Mails, an der Hotline keinen erreicht und bis jetzt keine Ware erhalten.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, item not arrived, emailed support twice no response, now gonna have to go through PayPal claims, worse customer service I've experienced, please do not order from this site.

Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this sloppy disrespectful people. They just sell and will not care about customer support.

Ordered through there ebay page, all OK when taking payment then suddenly get a message saying order cancelled with no explanation at all, money is in the process of being refunded but no communication from the seller as to why it was cancelled, just not good enough so won't be using again

Ordered an album that was subsequently damaged in the mail. Caro was awesome and sent out a new one without hesitation. The most human customer support experience I've ever had; none of those copy-pasted scripts.

I wasn't sure about the shop since seeing the reviews but can confirm as a buyer from the UK who had contacted Vinyl Digital about an order several times (due to me changing address (twice!) and also requesting a refund for one of the items I purchased) they were amazing throughout... Nothing from me on what to improve on at all... Got my records today in the post all safe and sound. Records were well packaged and sent with tracking!

Très bon site pour trouver notamment des vinyles introuvables ailleurs à des prix parfois très bas.
Les vinyles sont bien protégés et l'envoi assez rapide.

Ordered some records back in february... Still haven't seen them. Haven't heard anything from the company...

LP ordered shipping cost very low and item shipped quickly and well packaged. Everything 100%, this is my first choice for Vinyl and digital music now.

Wir haben eine Platte bestellt, die auch als normal lieferbar angezeigt wurde. Nachdem diese nicht innerhalb von 10 Tagen ankam, fragten wir per E-Mail nach. Der sehr bemühte Kundenservice ließ uns wissen, dass man erst bei der Logistik nachhaken müsse, wann die Platte zu erwarten sei. Nachdem wir eine weitere Woche warteten und nach einem Update fragten, kam heraus, dass die Platte aktuell garnicht lieferbar sei. Man bot uns Rückzahlung oder Artikeltausch an, für letzteres wir uns entschieden - um dann zu erfahren, dass auch diese Platte (trotz anderweitigen Anzeige auf der Seite) auch nicht lieferbar ist. Entsprechend wurde die Rückzahlung initiiert.

Der Kundenservice war freundlich und bemüht, kann aber auch nicht ändern, dass hier augenscheinlich falsche Aussagen zu Lieferbarkeit und Lieferzeit getroffen werden...und diese auch nicht abgeändert werden, denn die Platte, die wir erfolglos vor knapp 6 Wochen bestellt haben und deren Nicht-Lieferbarkeit bestätigt wurde ist immernoch als lieferbar auf der Website inseriert.

Unsere Erfahrung: wir bestellen hier nicht nochmal, da uns dieses Geschäftsmodell-Modell suspekt ist.

The LP didn't come, and Caro from the service kindly offered a refund. Despite the lost item it was a pleasure to work with them.
Definitely a honest business.

Ich habe bisher einmal bei Vinyl Digital bestellt, über Discogs, der Artikel war als Mint angegeben, allerdings als er ankam sah ich, das die Scheibe mit einem Knick eingeschweisst worden war, ich denke, ein Fehler im Werk.

Ich schrieb eine Nachricht, eigentlich nur um darauf hinzuweisen und wurde direkt gebeten, Bilder zu schicken.

Lief dann darauf hinaus, das ich die Platte zurückschickte und ein Mint Exemplar erhielt.

Von daher: Bestellablauf top, Kundenservice top, sehr gut.

Das war nun meine eine Erfahrung mit Vinyl Digital, diese war aber sehr positiv :)

Ordered just after the beginning of February and have yet to receive my vinyl. Over £200 worth. No reply via email after excuses were made by CARO AND JULIAN!!! BAD SERVICE and will be seeking refund.

I recently ordered a vinyl and a cassette and it arrived brilliantly at my address in the UK very quickly. I also made a mistake on my delivery address and the excellent customer service managed to sort it out no problem. Highly recommend

This is like no other record store. During covid my record got lost and I never received it. Without a hassle they sent me another copy of the same record. This is a good business!! Will most definitely Buy from them again. Great experience
