Awful customer service cocky replies with no apology for inconvenience nor delaying other parcels.

Called Tuesday to ask about a brand new record.
On the phone they told me that it just arrived on stock and promised the dispatch for Wednesday.
Thursday the record already arrived.

I have a lot of experience buying vinyl online from individual dealers on websites such as Discogs to the larger online retailers. So I know how difficult it can be buying vinyl in this way due to dishonest sellers, inaccurate gradings and incompetent delivery companies.

Vinyl is not cheap and can become very valuable over time if you look after it well, so it is always best to go with dealers that are consistently reliable and trustworthy. There are two large online retailers that are particularly good in this respect. Vinyl-Digital is one of them and the best in my opinion.

It is remarkable how smooth the transactions have been with this retailer and if something does happen to get damaged along the way they have been happy to help. Almost every order has arrived new and in pristine condition. Something you should expect really when purchasing from a large store, yet few retailers manage to achieve this anymore.

My last order involved quite a few records so I was dreading something arriving in poor shape. However, every record was mint or very close to it. So I cannot praise them enough for the excellent service they provide. It saves me a lot of time and it is great to know that when you place an order it isn't going to turn into a logistical nightmare. I hope they keep it up!
