Ich habe Platten bestellt und 2 Monate später sind immer noch keine Platten angekommen. Ich hatte eine Adressänderung angefragt, diese aber NICHT bestätigt, da ich dafür hätte Versand zahlen müssen.. die Platten wurden dann aber einfach nicht geliefert. Nach nun mehr als 2 Monaten hat sich meine Adresse dann endgültig geändert. Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe und ich durfte ich zusätzlich nochmal 9.90€ Versand zahlen!! NIE WIEDER!

Richtig unseriös. Wir haben Mitte Dezember bestellt, 2 Monate später sind immer noch keine Platten da. Keine Antwort per Mail und ans Telefon geht auch keiner. Ihr meint, ich erzähle euch eine Geschichte? Geht auf "Kontakt" und versucht die Nummer anzurufen ;)

Absolut bester Onlineshop für Vinyl. Riesige Auswahl an Hip-Hop aber auch andere Genres. Aber vor allem der Kundenservice ist besonders hervorzuheben. Stets freundlich und bemüht. Obwohl es ein Onlineshop ist, fühle ich mir hier so gut aufgehoben, wie beim Plattendealer um die Ecke (den es bei mir nicht gibt). Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

I've already ordered there at least 50 times: Very good packaging, fast delivery and very friendly customer service. Never had any problem! I always order vinyl whenever possible at Vinyl Digital. They also have a great label, with fantastic Releases. Thank you and see you soon! :)

Great Packaging, great records and very fast delivery!

30/12 I placed an order with the special discount of 10% for 3 albums. Maybe because of the holidays I didn't get a reply on my mails. But early this week they informed that the last album arrived in their stock and that the package would leave soon. Today I got the package: well packed, sealed albums, no damage. I'm a happy man and I'm confident I will be back with this webshop in the near future.

Received broken items (warped records, split sleeves, folded sleeves) due to terrible packaging, and every single replacement arrived the same way. Eventually I gave it up and claimed a refund. And like said by other customers; the customer service is very cocky. I also suggested that they need to do something about their packaging, even suggested to use better packaging (and willing to pay for it!), but they kept claiming that their packaging is perfect.

0/5 stars. Do not order from them. It is a scam! I ordered an album over six weeks ago and never received it. Their customer service reps will not respond to my emails. I'm out $40, have no album, they won't give tracking info, and I have to find something else to give my husband for Christmas.

Alles super gelaufen. Ware gut verpackt bei mir angekommen. Konnte sogar im Kundendiest eine Platte noch hinzufügen lassen. Danke, macht weiter so!

Ordered the Adrian Younge - Something About April a while ago. They managed to screw up the order and send me the single and not the LP for which I payed for. When they did finally found time to reply to my complaint they wanted me to pay the return postal fees myself, even though it was a mistake they made. Worst of all they were not appologetic at all and as someone else mentioned, quite cocky.
Given the customer service I am not sure how secure their site is and how they handle my data. I filed a GDPR request more than a month ago to delete my account since I am not planing on buying from them again. They didn't reply yet, even though the limit as per GDPR is 30 days. I will for sure proceed in notifying the German DPO in case they don't manage to reply soon.
All in all, just avoid them. Nobody really needs the digital files anyway. It might have been a thing 10 years ago, but now you get the download code with 90% of the vinyl anyway.

They helped me to get some very hard to find vinyl. Due to Covid, shipping was difficult, but they worked with me offering a full refund and other solutions. We were able to coordinate shipping and the records arrived extremely fast and in perfect condition. I definitely recommend their services and most certainly will buy from them again!

Vinyl never arrived so have had to raise a paypal case. No response from the company at all

Mehr als ein schlechter Versandhandel.
Bei den letzten drei Bestellungen kam alles Defekt an. Das traurige ist die Gleichgültigkeit der Mitarbeiter. Es werden super limitierte Platte ohne besonderen schutz verkauft und verschickt. Schade wenn von 100 schon 20 vom Markt sind weil vinyl digital auf seine Kunden und Ware scheisst.
