I took my old phone into the shop and discussed options with Brandon. He went through several options based on my recorded use over the past 20 years or more. He determined that I didn’t need a lot of the extra hi-tech facilities in the new iPhones. Moreover, he suggested the cheapest way from me was to buy a 16e which although not top of the range was leagues ahead of my current iPhone XR. He advised me the cheapest way of doing this and asked me to come in again when I had obtained the 16e.
I returned to the store with my new iPhone 16e a few days later. Brandon was busy with customers but his colleague Richard attended my request and set the new phone up completely. All my apps and security data were transferred to the new phone - it took about 15minutes. Richard rearranged my monthly payments to great advantage and showed it was available at less than half of my previous rate. I have free txt, calls and data for a very reasonable monthly charge. All in all, a very pleasant and efficient service from both Brandon and Richard. Thank you

I spent over an 1 hour in the Bury St…
I spent over an 1 hour in the Bury St Edmunds Vodafone store on a Wednesday sorting out a new mobile phone contract as I was going to be a new broadband customer they offered me a deal that was to good to miss.
On completing all the paperwork I was told my new phone would arrive in store in about 2 days.
By Saturday I hadn't heard anything from Vodafone, so popped into the store only to be told they had the phone, but hadn't checked it in & to wait for the email stating the phone was ready for collection.
No email, text message or phone call was received.
I went back into store the following Sunday to be told this time I had missed the 7 day window to pick the phone up, they then stated in store that they could see no email, text message or phone call has been placed & I would have to start the process all over again.
I then cancelled both the mobile phone & broadband contracts.
Vodafone then took a further 3 weeks to authorise the refund & then took over 3 days to actually pay the refund back.

Very helpful and friendly
Very helpful and friendly. It was near end of day and no other customers were in the store. I walked through the door and said I was there to pick up two phones. Richard immediately knew who I was and called me by name.
