My son wanted to upgrade his phone as I’ve sour do contract and Dan was extremely helpful. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to phones and he explained everything brilliantly, with a great sense of humour.
My son walked away with a new Google pixel phone and he couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely brilliant
Bury St Edmunds store.
Absolutely brilliant. After a nightmare trying to deal with Vodafone over the phone, I went in store to ask for help. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. I will now always deal directly with this store rather than trying to sort things over the phone. Fab bunch and thank you.
