In-person help made the difference

I popped into the Hampstead shop as I had a concern about my account which I wasn’t able resolve on the app nor by calling Vodafone. Tayleb was very helpful with discovering and explaining the problem and then with suggesting a solution on how change my plan to better suit my needs which also saved me money. He and his colleague Chris sorted out the solution for me in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Excellent in-person can’t be beat.

Cris was incredibly helpful e dedicated…

Chris was incredibly helpful e dedicated on solving a problem about a cancellation that my friend had to make.
After cancelling his broadband back in December, the bills were still coming,
All the attempts of a phone call were unsuccessful, cause they ask for stuff that I could never know about,
Then I grabbed my friend and take him to the shop in Hampstead, where Chris took care of all issues.
The case became more complex than it should, so he couldn’t sort all in the same day, but he didn’t gave up, toke our contact, kept us updated until everything was sorted.
Excellent professional 👏🏼
