Went in with elderly parents spoke to Rhianne from the Sunderland bridges branch.
She was very attentive and understanding to their requirements re their phone plans, and sorted out plans for both which were cheaper and more appropriate for their circumstances.
A very good experience considering I’ve had a lot worse customer service in the past very refreshing.

Talking to someone who was customer focused
Talking to someone who was customer focused - polite, patient and easy to talk to explaining about the new mobile phone we purchased.
I have been with Vodaphone since 2006 and have always had great service from them. Any problems I’ve encountered or anything I’ve been unsure of they have been of great support.

Anthony was really helpful in pricing and explaining all the option available option for my upgrade. He also explained all the changes made to the payment method for upgrades since it had been a while from my last one. He made sure I understood everything and was happy with what I was getting. Came into Vodafone, and spoke to Reyanne, she was absolutely amazing. She made my whole process so easy and I haven’t had such an amazing experience before. She truly was amazing and id recommend her to everyone cause I have never come out of a shop feeling more secure and happier then today

Great to have access to the store and to see the advisors in store instead of over the phone is alot better for elderly like ourselves and the service the agent Andrew provided was excellent in the Vodafone Sunderland store.
