Top notch customer service Vodafone
I absolutely love Vodafone customer services! You coming with a problem and your staff sorting it out straight away. Today Harrison helped me to fix my Internet issues on my both phones. He looked up on my accounts and offered to save a bit of money on my 3 contracts. Now tell me who doesn't like to save money on their phone bill? I definitely love it! He saved me £30 on phone bills and then saved me £12 on my broadband.
He was very polite, helpful and talkative. As I said before thank yuou Vodafone customer service it is always a pleasure to see you!

Service intermittent and low quality phone case
I purchased a new contract phone and was served by Scott. His customer service was good. However, the signal in town centre is quite weak. Also, the case I bought from the other shop Scott sent me to broke within a week. The bloke who works there wont replace or refund me the money for it! Very poor quality to say the least.

Complicated account with my kids needing to be transferred, added, taken off, readded, upgraded then cancelled after a theft… a nightmare for everyone but they were patient and kind when I had no idea what was going on. Finn and Harrison were great today and very helpful. They made the visit worthwhile we came away with 2 new iphone 16 pro. They were very patient as we changed our minds a couple of times.

Poor recommendation
Went their in Vodafone Worthing branch to see if they can help me with my phone which was cracked as I had dropped it. They couldn't do anything with that. however they sent me to this repair shop with their leaflet which looked more like an off licence shop and I had the screen changed hesitantly as they were recommended by Vodafone. Now since this repair with a cheap quality screen, my phone keeps typing letters on its own and have other issue with the functionality of the phone. This isn't a good look on Vodafone store and why would your customer to a shop where the products and service is so poor?
