Had a £15 reward to covert into vouchers. Split it 3 ways across 3 supermarkets. First 2 processed fine the last one for Morrisons is just stuck processing. I reported this on the 9th Mar, no response till the 18th where they just asked if I’d managed to get my voucher. Surely they could see from my account that the voucher hadn’t processed? What a waste of nearly 2wks and now it’s 3wks since first message sent because even though I responded straight away saying no I haven’t got my voucher, yet again I’m waiting days for the next response. Voucher codes response times are appallingly as you seem to go the back of the queue after each interaction
