Hired the van for a warranty repair on one of my other vans the guys brian and alex were very helpful when the van works ran over they were very helpful and it was no problem thanks boys

Customer service was great, even after a puncture & sorting us out with a replacement.
Van was just the right size, staff very friendly, would certainly use again.

We rejected a vehicle that we had pre-booked with another supplier. This left us without a vehicle in Crewe. We were then directed to VWFS rent-a Car in Stoke. They were most helpful and within an hour we were supplied with a vehicle that met all our criteria and we were soon on our way. Vehicle (VW Tiguan) performed flawlessly and return to Stoke a week later was pain free. Refund of deposit was with us in a few days. Great, helpful service all round - would be happy to recommend to all.

I’ve hired a car through Johnsons on several occasions recently and Taylor has been absolutely brilliant throughout. She is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, and has consistently gone out of her way to find me the best available options and rates.
Even when I’ve needed a car at short notice or wanted to extend my hire, Taylor has made the whole process quick, easy and completely stress-free. Her communication is excellent and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
It’s rare to receive such consistently good customer service, and Taylor is a real credit to the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire through her again. Thank you, Taylor! 😊

This is second time I have hired car from VWFS Rent A Car, Sunderland, As with first hire, Staff, service was excellent, had same T-Roc I had hired earlier for a 4 week period, car was spotlessly clean, fully fuelled and ready to go very quick pick at Branch, and away. Whilst in Scotland needed extend car hire by another day, one very quick phone call, all done. Also, as I have stated in a previous review, rates of hire far better/cheaper, that the main hire car companies. For future car hire arrangements, I will always prefer/use, VWFS Rent A Car, Sunderland. Thank you.

I've hired several Skoda Fabias now from VWFS - through Pulman Skoda Cramlington - from between 10 days and 4 weeks at a time for touring holidays in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Ireland. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The cars are generally ultra low mileage and a year old at most, and clean and well presented. I've not had the need so far to require any assistance during the hire period i.e. breakdown, accident etc but I suspect VWFS would be good at sorting anything like this out if necessary, Always good to know you're hiring from a huge corporation rather than a back street hirer!!

Brilliant service from Pulman Group. I hired a car for 3 days and, as always, couldn’t fault the experience. The car was spotless, comfortable and in excellent condition, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Friendly, professional service every time. I’ve used them multiple times over the past year and have always been really happy with the service.

The car worked fine, the pickup process was straightforward and the return process equally so. The most complicated part was the online booking process, as I had no prior experience of driving the makes of car I was choosing between. Altogether, though, it was painless.

Clean nearly new vehicle, which was perfect for our needs. But more so, th staff were extremely helpful when we had to amend the booking, going the extra mile for us, as well as being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Excellent experience at Birmingham VWFS. The whole process was seamless thanks to Jacob. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make the rental process smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated his customer service and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant car rental experience.

Overall good experience.
However did order short wheelbase buzz and was allocated lwb!

The person who was the face of the rental was very pleasant and helpful before and after the rental. Collection was quick and pain free as was returning the van after wards.

We received a very professional service ,from Abraham at Van Mosel, throughout the whole process of hiring a campervan for a week.
