Excellent customer service as always. We rent a car every year from VWFS Sunderland whilst visiting family in the UK. Have never been disappointed.

2nd time of renting a vehicle all went smoothly vehicle was ready ,clean and fuelled when collected , drove without fault all staff very friendly and answer all queries professionally

I found the whole booking process effortless and the customer service exceptional. A special mention and thank you to Shahkiel ( Durham branch) who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No pressure talk, unlike other hire firms I’ve dealt with in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Pullman group again. 👏👏

This is my second time with them.the first time was a very good, but the second one is a nightmare. I rent a van from them in May and till now they didn't pay my refund,because they say there's a scratch in the front pumper when i hand over the van.after that they say there is a scratch in the van side.i call again they say there is damage in the rear.every time they came with different excuses to refuse to pay the deposit. Anyway i sopke with the bank and they deal with them.

May I thank Mr Jacob, a Young, good customer service with respect because I rented a Passat but on the way to London I saw a little DOT on windscreen. When I take the car , I haven't seen and Mr Jaccob found that this was before.. Thanks again

Excellent customer service from Abraham who was very helpful on the phone explaining options and being very flexible with pick up and drop off do that we could utilise as much of the day exploring the Isle of Wight. He was responsive to emails when we had a couple of follow up questions.

On the day to pick up and drop off the car it was easy and quick with Abraham explaining features of the car so we were comfortable before we set off.

The car itself was almost brand new and excellent to drive.

Had a Skoda Kodiaq to go to London the other day and couldn’t fault it. The service provided by Megan was second to none. Very professional and friendly. Had issues with traffic in the way back so was late returning the car, called up and she was very understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured in anyway so we had a safe steady trip home instead of trying to rush. I will 100% be using these again and would highly recommend! Deposit was returned the next day after processing, overall exceptional service and great experience. See you soon!

Yet another excellent experience with this company. We travel every September to Lille and hire a VW Transporter Kombi. Have been using the same company for the last six years and, as usual, the service we received was fantastic. Everything is prepared for when I collect the van and the service is extremely efficient and helpful. The price of renting the vehicle for five days is extremely competitive, and one of the major reasons for repeatedly using the company.
Whenever I return the van, I immediately book another for the following year - fantastic service!!

Very easy process from pickup to drop off. Graham and Ethan were great to work with and the pricing was excellent.

The overall experience was very good and nice, booking was smooth and quick and to prolong the rental only it took was a phone call. Jacob helped me a lot in terms of questions and throughout the whole procedure, he made things easy and he was very cordial and professional, would definitely recommend.

By far the best car (actually van) hire experience I've had. Really friendly staff, brand new van, easy check out and return and £100s cheaper than other companies if you need to take a vehicle to Europe because they don't stick on a massive extra charge. Even got some really good advice on transporting a motorbike abroad. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

Shafi, Sven and the team are super friendly and made the collection and drop off process really easy.

Only small critique is the parking area at the dealer is seriously lacking, on drop off it was quite a challenge to find a space in order to unload the camper.

I travelled from Australia to Heathrow and then to Budget for my hire car, they were pressurising customers to take insurance and that amounted to doubling the hire cost quoted. I had an electronic credit card and two physical debit cards but they insisted on a physical credit card so the hire never took place. I travelled North via train and my son suggested I contact VW Pullman at Durham.
Service was professional, friendly and I would add with integrity, my debit card was adequate for the transaction.
The car was superb and the whole process and term of hire was without problem at all.
This will be my first point of call for a hire car next time, I fully endorse and totally recommend them.

Still awaiting for my deposit over a week later after returning the car the male I spoke to Sean at the Liverpool branch who was rude said my deposit had been swallowed up and there was nothing I could do because the van rental department at Oldham VW had shut down
