I am the next victim of this app

I am the next victim of this app. After reviewing all my bank withdrawals, I discovered serious issues. Not only is there no clear unsubscribe option, but I was also charged multiple times without being properly informed. I was never clearly notified about the subscription plan, the billing terms, or when charges would be applied. I did not receive any confirmation email, invoice, or clear explanation for these withdrawals. This situation is unacceptable and misleading. I would like to know if anyone has found a solution to this issue.

At first

At first, I wasn’t fully convinced that WASK would fit our workflow. Some optimizations felt a bit generic in the beginning, and I wasn’t seeing immediate results. However, after using the Custom Optimization feature and tailoring rules specifically to our campaigns, the impact became much clearer.
Not perfect, but definitely valuable once set up properly.

Psychotic that I never signed up for this and they have been taking money monthly and there is no way to cancel. Hoping people see this so they don’t make the same mistake. Also hoping they get caught for this it’s completely unlawful.

kann nicht kündigen!

Ich kann mein Abonnement nicht kündigen. Nirgends gibt es eine Möglichkeit und auch der Preis hat sich plötzlich von 15$ auf 25$ erhöht?? Ohne, dass ich jemals davon gelesen hatte. Ich habe dem Support geschrieben (auch hier ohne Antwort) und bekomme seit 2 Monaten Geld abgebucht, ohne das ich dies möchte! Bitte überlegt euch zweimal, ob ihr hier wirklich ein Abo abschließen wollt!

WASK is a useful tool for day-to-day ad optimization.

We’ve been using WASK for Google and Meta ads, and it’s been a solid experience overall. The automation saves time and helps spot performance issues quickly. The interface takes a little getting used to, but once you’re familiar with it, it works smoothly. There’s room for improvement, but it’s a reliable tool and worth trying.
