Another unhappy customer here. We are a small business trying to keep our heads above water and these thieves have stolen from us. They just charged me out of the blue, meaning they have my credit card of file even though it shouldn’t be - I also didn’t even have a subscription and when I sign in, I have no credits! This company is an absolute scam!!! Stay away!!!! I’ve contacted them twice, no response!!!

I am yet another victim of Wask's shady practice of making it impossible to cancel your subscription. I paid for one $15 month to use the instagram giveaway feature, and now I was charged $25 for a second month. I looked everywhere to find the cancel feature and contacted support as soon as I realized, but they have not responded. This is not a case of someone being technologically illiterate, they are purposely making it impossible to cancel and acting ignorant of the situation. Avoid this website like the plague.

Well i definitely need my money back I used this website once why was I charged 21 dollars on something g that was supposed to be $15. Before even putting my information it said canceling is easy just got to setting.
That’s literally stealing. I do not consent to you guys taking money from my account please end my subscription i will leave reviews everyday until I get a response

i have trouble cancelling my subscription, and i have changed my credit card and they still charge from ym card. please solve this issue, they charge 25 per month and they need me to pay another 15 to go in the help center, its a scam

I used this once and paid for the one month and it continues to take money out of my account. You cant cancel the subscription!! This company is a scam!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I used for Giveaways for one time , and i paid subscription for that month. There is no way to cancel subscription , even if you delete all your cards , i call my bank to block my C Card.
They are not answering on any platform, and is absolutely scamm team.

I signed up for what was supposed to be a one-time free month offer. I never agreed to a recurring subscription, but I was still billed for a monthly plan.

The worst part? There is no way to cancel the subscription. I’ve tried everything, and the option simply does not exist. This feels deceptive and unfair to customers.

No company should make it this hard to unsubscribe or force people into payments they didn’t authorize. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise others to be careful before signing up.

I paid for a subscription to run a giveaway ONCE. The next month I tried to cancel the subscription, since I didn't need it any longer, but there is NO option to cancel it on their website. I then sent these scammers an email asking for assistance to cancel it, got no reply and was still charged for the subscription I DO NOT use. I wrote to support again and still no answer.

DO NOT SIGN UP for WASK. I signed up trying to run a giveaway and there is absolutely NO WAY to cancel it. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I’m going to have to cancel my card and get a new one all because of this company. They’re scammers. DO NOT USE.

Thieves! I don't have another word for this company - it turns out, they have been taking out $29 per month without my consent since April 2024!!!
I don't have an account with them, I haven't signed up to the app, I haven't used their services as I don't even know what they do, yet today, going through my finances, I noticed the payment and whilst speaking to my bank, it turns out they have been doing it for such a long time.
I have sent an email requesting an explanation and a refund, yet need to hear back.
Even giving 1 start feels too much.

I paid 15$ for a one time use in December 2024 for a giveaway and never signed on for monthly subscriptions and now going through my banking information I’ve discovered that I’ve been charged for 4 additional months at 25$ USD a month. I never signed on for any monthly subscription or was ever notified that I was, I only used the app once in December. They say cancellation is easy but there is no place within the app to manage subscriptions or cancel. When I go into my account there’s also no info on me or any credit card details within the app either. The transparency of this app is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I would never recommend this service to anyone and hope this situation can be resolved as I’d like to cancel any subscription they’ve put me on and be refunded for the past 4 months. I contacted customer service and am now waiting for a response.
Very disappointed with this app, use at your own risk.
