missed their appointment - seem dishonest

missed their appointment. Didn't call. When we called them, said they called us and customer approved a later appointment (engineer running late), but when we asked what number they called, they had called a different customer and not ourselves (even though they checked our address and it was correct)! We then said it was ok if the engineer was running a bit late, but then they said they'd "re-deployed" the engineer and no one was available until tomorrow. What? So the first story was a lie (engineer wasn't late, they just hadn't sent one), I guess? Unimpressed and we have a 9 month pregnant lady in the house, a baby any minute, and no heat. Unreliable and disorganised. Thanks but no thanks.

It’ll be alright on the Friday night

Called up on Friday 15th November at 18:00 and had two men round (Brian and Paul) by 20:15 who were fantastic. Having had a stressful time trying to get our central heating/HIU sorted they were both immediately reassuring and insightful and had the job done in half an hour. They were also really friendly and had a top sense of humour. Couldn’t recommend them more. Should also mention the man who took the original phone call (Andy perhaps?) - hopefully he can correct me. He was also very friendly and professional.

The service was great

The service was great. From the person on the phone who explained what would happen, to Craig, the engineer, everyone was extremely pleasant and extremely professional. This company does what it says it will do. The engineer arrived on time, carried out the work professionally and was very courteous and friendly.

Outstanding!

Very friendly service

Very friendly service - we had Brian and Paul and they sorted out the burst radiator extremely quickly, within 40 minutes of calling them up.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, the guys that came out were quick and polite.

After being let down by British Gas I was pleased I found this service as it always feels like you play Russian roulette when choosing companies, but these guys where great.

Boiler problem I call WE FIX NOW…

When I have a boiler problem I call upon We Fix Now. The service is prompt, courteous and efficient, the engineer who called on Monday (Javid) identified the problem, fixed it and left the boiler running.
Good result.

Fantastic service. Same day response. Really good communication from the booking team, keeping me updated throughout the day. David was really good, sorted out the problem really efficiently, great to deal with and very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Waste of my pension

We had an engineer call, to stop a water drip on stopcock from the tank in loft. As we had plumbers due in next morning, just needed a quick fix and thus saving the ceiling. Next morning our own plumbers found the stopcock was still dripping. I have the time/date stamped photographs! £270 for an hours call out, engineer in the house for 20 minutes! I feel ripped off and badly let down. Sorry wouldn't recommend this 'service' to anyone.

We are very sorry to hear you felt so let down and were quite surprised to hear of this.
One of our Aftercare Team looked into this case in order to find out where we went wrong...

Having investigated into the case, you contacted us early the following morning after the out of hours call out to advise that there was weeping on the valve.
During this telephone call we advised that we would have one of our engineers free of engineer sent to you within 30mins to get this fixed up.
This was declined.

All our works come with a complete one year warranty giving you peace of mind that we are always there to support if anything goes wrong. In this instance we offered to return within 30 mins of this call in which we were advised not to come out.

We believe to have followed our protocol and offered the most efficient service under the circumstances.
We respected your request and not sent an engineer.

We hope this sheds some light on the matter for you and other clients.

Good experience

Good experience. Slightly pricey but works carried out efficiently, good man David was helpful. Nadil had me updated throughout the morning and got a courtesy call to make sure i was happy with everything. Would most certainly use again if i have any issues.
